Every white guy here saying there is no privilege would never admit they are glad they were born white over black but we all know the truth.

I was born a white male in arguably the best country going, Canada. I`m retired for 8 years now. I worked a physically demanding job(s) for 45 years straight including at least a decade of 2 to 3 jobs at once, as finances dictated. I never once was unemployed and never took a dime from the government in assistance. Hard work provided me a good life and an abundant retirement,...white privilege? I`ll call it hard work and planning.
Except you don’t realize that you may have been given that job 45 years ago because you are white. Giving you the opportunity to work hard.
I’m young. Semi-retired by choice. I would get bored otherwise. Owned my own business since my 20s. Worked hard all my life. I started as a homeless teen. I can admit I most likely would not have been given the opportunities to better my situation at that young age if not for the fact that I was white.
But you believe what you want. Others will believe differently and the majority clearly do.
BTW - your hard work doesn’t get diminished because of white privilege. You are not required to feel guilty about it. Nothing like that. It is just recognizing it and trying to ensure you don’t fall victim to your own bias when giving opportunity to others going forward.

It is clear from your post that you don’t truly believe in it. That is what most of your posts read like. Want people to believe your one statement, then prove it with the rest of them.

Don`t know `bout that. When I began working P/T in 1971 it was a vastly different Canada. My high school , about 900 kids, had one Asian guy and one Indian guy who became my best friend as we had a huge mutual interest in motorcycles. We were great friends until he very sadly died scuba diving in `74, I`ll always miss him. Everything has changed in so many ways, I know several white guys, 20 to 40 y.o. who have no interest in working, there are many, many more out there. Hard work and determination will still pay off well for anyone. I had a surgical procedure performed Tuesday, the surgeon was Chinese, the anesthesiologist a Muslim guy, crazy sense of humor, and the two nurses were one white and one brown woman. Hard work paid off for them.

Take a look at the demographics of Toronto. Whites are no longer majority. If there were actual racism going on by whites, it would be all over the evening news.
Black and brown privilege does exist... on the Toronto's Homicides Most Wanted List. Now cue the "police are racist" responses by our white liberal friends.
