How can there not be a second wave? The government is opening the economy knowing full well that a second wave is highly likely. If you have one case of covid, you have a potentially huge problem, because it only takes one to spread it exponentially. We currently have thousands of cases and we're going ahead with re-opening anyway.

This is the governments way of saying we fucked up by closing down everything but we will have to accept the minority of deaths that come with re-opening because we can't afford to stay closed. We will do it with ease and tact so that people can't claim we don't care about old and sick people.

Can't you therefore see, in following the logic of your argument, that wearing a mask would minimize the spread of the virus and save lives?

What will you be grabbing onto if numbers start to spike and good old Dougy starts to shut things down again? I notice the right wingers harp on Justin but are quiet about Doug who has been awesome during this pandemic unlike the orange man Trumptart. Dougy will definitely be delaying phase 2 if numbers keep rising as they have the last few days. Make sure you don't give up your grocery delivery job just yet.

I wouldn't think of it. It's an essential service and as a result, it pays $4 extra per hour. Chump change compared to SP's hourly rates though :(

As for lock downs.... the game of whack-a-mole can only go on for so long.

You should add opening an OF account to your job portfolio and giving it a whirl. You never know, might be worth more than the extra $4 bucks an hour hero pay. LOL

I found wearing a mask hot and uncomfortable at first but at this point I’ve gotten used to it and it doesn’t really bother me.
