I'm stating what the govt said for this spike. In the USA the spikes are at university locations where again, dorm parties, frat parties and frosh weeks. I haven't heard of spikes in high or grade schools. If you know if them please post so I can look into them.
If the spike hits parents will pull their kids.

The planes have excellent ventilation, mandatory masks and other measures. The bars don't. And alcohol fueled social mingling. Some bars were packed for the raptors last week. And the cases have been traced to weddings and private parties.
The protests were outside, masked, and distanced.
This disease is transmitted via air born droplets and viral load. Same space, with no distancing, with bad ventilation and no masks for extended periods equals worst case scenario.

most of the covid deaths are elderly and people with pre-existing chronic illness and neglect and abuse in LTCs
these lockdowns cause the rise in problems like suicides, mental problems, domestic abuse, child abuse, child trafficking, deaths from people who are denied life saving medical treatments like surgeries, etc

the rise in results are due to increased testing using these PCR tests which according to the BBC in the U.K and the new york times have 90% false positive rates, these tests do not detect the covid 19 virus they only detect RNA fragments from many viruses
