Attacked Chechnya - check
Attacked Chechnya again - check
Attacked and expanded into Georgia - check
Attacked Aleppo - check
Attacked and expanded into Crimea - check
Attacked and expanded into Donbas - check
Attacked North, North East, East, South East, South in Ukraine - check
wait up, Chechnya was and is a part of Russia. "Russia attacking Chechnya" is a bit of a misnomer, just like "Ukraine attacking Donbas for 8 years between 2014-2022" is a misnomer. It's their own respective territory and this is why the world wouldn't do anything about the Chechen wars, and this is why Russia's complaints about "8 years killing Russians" are bullshit.

And it doesn’t seem to be a thoughtful move by Sweden and Finland.. more like a reaction on public hysteria and conspiracy theories about Russia’s plans to expand and attack everyone
your Russia stinks like shit and death and nobody believes a word they say. Now the greatest strategist Putin will have NATO in a few miles from St Petersburg. Oops!

Turkey wants to trade a bunch of concessions from the US and the Western European countries in return for consenting to allow S and F to join.

Chechnya's also really close to the Baku oilfields and that's probably part of the reason that Russia didn't just shrug and give that shitpile region autonomy.

Well it’s bullshit with 14000 ocse confirmed casualties.. poor you in denial. And BTw half of surrendered azovs are Chechen defenders transformed into Ukrainian defenders. Same people years later. I think Putin should give them to Kadyrov and let the “Allah” decide their destiny.

Russia does not seem to be in any hurry to return shitpile Kuril islands to Japan either. They like to rob and steal, not to lose or give away.

Well because they have refused to negotiate and broken several agreements we now have a war. When you are a smaller nation and you fail at diplomacy, then your sovereignty and very existence is at risk. Look at Iran, Iraq, Libya, Venezuela, Panama, Grenada and Afghanistan for recent examples. Canada has participated in some of these. So you outrage is massively hypocritical. This is nothing new. Its been happening for decades and Canada and all western countries have done this to other nations.
So you think all small countries should always immediately surrender in all wars?

By the way, I'm been against the wars you listed.
The only hypocrisy is your claim to be against US imperialism yet cheering for Russian imperialism.

Russia just destroyed a crucial seaside hotel popular with Russians in Odessa.

It was another one of their high value enemy military targets.

High rise and single residential buildings, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, community centers, theaters playgrounds, child care centers, all these and more are designated as high value enemy targets for destruction.

Bullshit.

Last I checked neither the Canada nor the United States claim a State or Province that the entire international community(95% of the population of the entire planet) recognizes as being part of another nation. Western nations don't invade other countries to annex them and add those territories to their own they do it for security reasons, your weak argument is a false equivalency.

Putin needs some show trials badly.
He needs to convince his people that Ukrainians really are Nazis, and fast.

US has military bases in Iraq and Syria still. Israel is continually annexing territory. Russia was willing to settle for autonomous DPR and LPR under the Minsk accords just as Canada would have allowed Quebec independence. We did not attack Quebec when they sought independence, neither did the UK. Yet we are ok if Ukraine does it? What about Guantanimo Bay? Why is the USA still there?

If Russia was willing to settle for DPR and LPR why did Putin invade all of Ukraine after the Donbas declared themselves independent and asked for Vlad's army?

Non NATO membership and neutrality were also part of the conditions because it was NATO that encouraged Ukraine to renege on Minsk. The problem is a vehemently anti Russian govt with NATO enablement. Finland has been neutral after attacking Russia and killing thousands, Over a period of time Russia let them do whatever they wanted and even reduced war repartitions awarded to it by 25% in spite of having to rebuild after an utterly devastating war.

Most of us who are currently disgusted by the Special Military Operation Phase 2 were also disgusted by Iraq, Gitmo, etc... We never spun circular arguments to Justify US aggression.
Because the aggression was not justified and those nations did not pose a threat to the USA. Ukraine with NATO do pose a threat and they intentionally pose a threat. Russia did make a genuine diplomatic effort to deal with these threats without war IMHO, but it was the west that refused to engage in any substantive discussion. Even when Biden was CONVINCED Russia was going to attack, did he lift a finger to try and stop the war? The so called "leader of the free world" can't even pick up the fucking phone? If this does not give you a clue as to what the real intentions were, then you will never get the big picture. I am sorry.
