Anti vaxxers are responsible for the measles coming back when it was almost eliminated.
I care about that.
And yeah, nobody knows the long term effects of the vax though we do know that covid itself appears to have some long term effects on quite a few people.
Its a risk we all take for the public good, 0.06% complications with the vax vs 1-2% fatality and slightly larger hospitalizations from the virus. Small loss of freedom vs bigger costs for society and either you believe in the idea of public good or you don't.
This vaccine thing is divisive even within families and among friends.
One of my closest friends refuses to get vaccinated (as is his right). Anyway, he suffered a heart attack in his early 50's. At least he can't blame the vaccine he didn't take.
So, what is the long term effect of the vaccine? Some people will never know if they contract COVID and die in the short term.

1) Infected people can transmit the disease to other people
2) Infected people tie up scarce hospital capacity

And unvaccinated people who get sick more often end up in ICU's and hospitals in general, costing all of us.
If people that are vaxxed are there protesting mandatory vaccines how can you say they are anti vaxx?

There's no certainty in this life. One could break one's neck falling down stairs. Anyway, I waited months after the vaccine came out and noticed that people were still talking and walking. I did avoid Astra and J&J.

I have friends who have caught it and done fine and a few that have caught it and died. Its all crappy and I hope we can do whatever we can to get through it as fast as possible with the fewest deaths and sick people possible. Again, sorry for your daughter.

What happened in the last election? Your party lost. In a democracy, we do what the winner wants to do. If we have a problem with it, we petition our MP or we file a lawsuit. We don't occupy other people's neighbourhoods and literally shit on their front lawns.
You're assuming how I voted. The party I voted for lost the popular vote yet still won.
I've been fighting the government going on 8 years. Petitions are worthless, writing an mp/mpp is even more worthless than petitions.

It takes 6 months for a judge to read a divorce petition these days. Several months to get a routine, non-urgent court date. COVID has fucked everything. Everybody is inconvenienced.
If this has been going on for 8 years, maybe you should hire an attorney. If there's a genuine case there, an attorney can probably help you.
