I wonder about that. Aren't there policies that say a doctor is not allowed to date a patient and a teacher is not allowed to date a student?You can't have usually a code of conduct or contract that violates Charter rights. As always, it depends on the exact language of the contract.
Our company has a "no hugging" (no kissing, no neck massages, no physical contact except at our office parties) policy but nobody has the balls to challenge that policy in a court of competent jurisdiction.
