As to the rest, you really don't understand how bad it is, how precarious compared to other Western Nations life is in the USA. Between actual violence, medical level disparity, bad labour laws(my SO works for a big international US company in payroll, and what she sees them do to US employees vs international ones is always a discussion), govt money waste(they are worse) and graft corruption from local politics to national politics Its just not the good place you think it is.
