Canada
Insane Lockdown

That's misleading since the contagion arrived in Brazil a month after Canada. The Brazilian public want him gone, They are calling him BolsoNero.

Brazil is facing a disaster and so will Georgia and Texas as they reopen and begin to fill up hospital resources within the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Then why hasn't he ramped up testing? Nobody can truthfully say that a country like the US does not have the capability and resources.
Almost 7 million tests, by far the most in the world.

In the number of tests yes they are ahead, but the USA in tests/Mln is far behind Germany, and still behind Canada and that is the number that's improtant since its in relevance to the population. There is a shortage of tests in the US specially for the number of confirmed cases they have. There was a good piece on the lack of testing in the USA on 60 Minutes last weekend.
They are far behind Russia as well who just started testing about 4 weeks ago.

As bad as the USA is doing in tests/Mln Brazil is only at 1/13 of the USA which is just careless.

Peanuts for the greatest country in the world. They are way behind.

trump, over a month ago: "Anyone who wants a test can get a test." Last week, they didn't even have enough tests for the 100 members of the senate FFS.

The Orange Progression:

1. Fake news.
2. Words taken out of context by evil media.
3. Obama confiscated the tests.
4. I was being sarcastic.

This crazy killer will go down in history as the greatest creator of genocide in his own country since the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia. He is as crazy as Stalin.

Brazil is in shambles
When has it not been in shambles?

We're talking about Brazil, right? That shithole in South America? That Brazil? The one where gangs behead other gang members for fun? The one riddled with favelas?

Covid is the least of their worries. Don't push your First World problems onto them.

Brazil is kicking our asses in terms of way less infections, way lower percent of death, and way fewer civil liberty violations
If you think he should be "tried for murder" what do you think is appropriate response to Trudeau and Tam?

TJ I hate to bother you while your head is in the sand.....but would you mind updating your figures in line with to-day`s reality?
Brazil has the third highest rate in the world after the US and Russia.
Figures by The Brazil government are way under reported so their deaths may be 10 to 20 times higher than reported.

People like Teejay still haven't understood the importance of social distancing, isolations/quarantines or the use of face masks, nor do they understand the importance of tracing and health measures that need to be in place to limit the spread of the virus to as low as possible.

Considering that the numbers Teejay posted were only 19 days ago and the large increase in deaths in Brazil, Here are the numbers and the stark difference both measures or non measures taken represent:

Brazil
No Lockdown
212Mln+ Population
19,000+ Deaths

Canada
Lockdown
37Mln+ Population
6,000+ Deaths

The worst part in all of this is the numbers that were expected to be seen in Brazil is just starting to show.

So Brazil has almost 6x the population of Canada and only about 3x the number of deaths. They would need 36 000 deaths to equal Canada and that would still be in their favor because they didn't close their economy and we did.

This is a perfect proof that closing down of the economy and telling people to stay under house quarantine was a bad decision.

Wrong once again, Brazil will be the perfect example of what doing nothing or doing something very late (if they do decide to do something) will lead to.
Considering Brazil is just starting to see these large number of cases and has seen an increase of 14,000 total deaths in just over 19 days with the number of new daily cases increasing on a 14 day cycle between 70% to as high as almost 340%, it's very easy to understand Brazil will morph the numbers in Canada. I would estimate in roughly 20 days time Brazil will have surpassed Canada in deaths/Mln. Right now Brazil has 91/Mln deaths and Canada has 163/Mln Deaths. That number will not magically stop in Brazil it will continue to increase exponentially until proper measures are taken.

Brazil's death numbers from COVID-19 is and will be a lot higher than what is being reported. Brazil just does not have the resources availble to properly report the deaths.

How typical of the left, if the numbers and facts do not support your fantasy world you will do some "modeling" and voila fantasy becomes reality. I'm sure that with the help of your fake CNN and CBC news, Brazil will hit millions in deaths in no time.
