I don't know how well this is going to work. PTS was a radio show that broadcasted simultaneously on T.V. Si if you were watching on T.V, nothing really happened differently that if your just listing on the radio. Tim and Sid however, are going to be a T.V show being broadcasted on the radio. They often do things on the show that require you to be watching.
Tim and Sid, along with Martine Gaillard and Greg Sansone made The Score viable for the Rogers takeover. They used to lead for McCown when they were on 590, McCown made it a habit of sitting in with them late in their show then go into PTS. Their ratings were that good and McCown wanted a piece of the action.
Now Tim and Sid have to save Rogers from their stupidity of overpaying for NHL rights. Hockey Central's ratings were dropping like a stone so they put Caroline Cameron in the mix to try to save it - not sure it worked. Sweet Caroline is a tennis lass.
I'm not sure why they didn't continue with it? McCown was at his very best when he worked with Debbie Van Kiekebelt and Barb Digiulio.

I chatted with Debbie at the Toronto Cricket Club from time to time. Fun lady and hot. She was a world class pentathlete and competed in the Olympics.

Currently The Portuguese Lothario rules Sportsnet sports talk, although in subbing for him, Donnovan Bennett looked visibly ill. Sid embeds his farts in his chair.
Intelligent discussion on the sport stories/issues of the day. Well though out succinct questions to interviewees. If you’re going to try and be funny make sure you are actually funny...and don’t rely on bells and whistles or toilet humour.
We've put up with Don Cherry's buffoonery for how many decades? I find Tim and Sid entertaining and their ratings don't lie, they're very popular with Millenialls. Writer's Bloc is a good segue to them, Jeff Blair is better than I expected, I make time when Steven Burnt is part of the dais. Burnt's segments with Tim and Sid are priceless.
Kevin Barker is an oaf, he took exception to being ribbed by Sid. It's a sign of camaraderie, if Donnovan Bennett and Faizal Khamisa took that attitude they'd be permanently pissed. Didn't know Faizal Khamisa battled cancer, the actual head shave is on Sportsnet.

They are a refreshing look at the world of sports ... they actually get it that sports is simply entertainment, not life or death. They make me laugh, plus have great guests on their show. And I am definitely an adult .....
