My op on Bryce Harper changed after he got into a dugout brawl with Papelbon.
Any player that gets into a brawl with Papelbon is okay with me.

Alex Anthopoulos asked Roy Halladay his opinion on Papelbon, and whether the Blue Jays should look to acquire him (they did not).

Sounds like he lost face on that one
Not funny.

I wonder why batters dont wear these types of helmets.
Maybe it presents a vision problem??

Blue Jays farmhand Alek Manoah's start has been moved to sync with Ross Stripling's with the big club.

Finally some really good news.

At the start of the season Buck Martinez looked seriously ill, I feared for his health. He's 72 now but in April he looked much older. Whatever ailed him appears to be gone now and he's back in fine voice. Besides Buck is hard to kill, there's no one tougher.

Us older farts remember this:

That must be the greatest final play of a career of all time.

Shoutout to Bill Barilko.

What was the Mariner's Phil Bradley thinking, running home on Jessie Barfield's arm????

Catchers were REAL men back then, they didn't wear batting helmets behind the plate.

Buck and Dan do the International Broadcast of the World Series for MLB. When I posted that Buck had returned from illness the flood of replies and likes was never ending.

Buck is a Living Legend.
