Cecil gets easily injured.With Cecil and Storen, we should have a pretty good L/R closing duo.
But not more power. In the quote I referenced you specifically were hoping for more power from left field and I said that more power is a given.Revere has much better stats than either of those guys.
Yeah, I should've not said that. Baseball is about advancing the runner and Ben was much closer to .800 OPS than either of those guys. I agree with the trade of an outfielder for an arm(outfield is a low skill position), trading a DH for a starter is even better idea. I think Edwin will be next.But not more power. I've seen players blow out a knee running without being hit. Have you ever seen a player pull a hamstring running to first base? I have many times. It happens. You seem to think he just decided he didn't want to help his team win in the playoffs. Now if they start trading names for prospects then fine. But until then really we have the same team going out there next year. With a healthy Stroman.
