And then my Rogers TV schedule still has it listed as 8pm start time.

Shit is getting confusing now

Can't wait to watch the big game with the boys from Toronto clashing with their big rivals. Just how good will Reimer be in Columbus tonight?Just kidding.

I've been watching the catchers and batters since that Martin/Soo incident. Nobody holds the bat with their arm fully extended like Soo does. More often than not the batter steps back outside the batter's box when the catcher is throwing the ball back. Maybe a rule change is required? Batter must step back out of the box until the catcher finishes his throw back?

Interesting, Gibby starts Colabello at 1B over Smoak against a righty. Maybe a first time in a month Gibby goes against a platoon.
I like it!

BTW, how can we lose against KC who has Alex Rios and his .640 OPS !?!

Hmm, no. The batter-in-the-box rule is there so that they don't leave the box. Otherwise he'd be in-play out-of-the-box rather than in it.

Here is the $30mm question. Will the real David Price show up this afternoon?

BTW: It wouldn't bother me too much if the Jays lose the series. After all they are playing the best team in the AL (according to the W-L record). The Royals played hard all the way to the end. No layoffs for them.

I am rooting for the Jays - don't get me wrong,,,,and the last 2 and a half months have been the most exciting baseball I have ever seen....but I don't understand how we are the betting favourites...and last night showed why I think we should be underdogs......great pitching beats great hitters...and KC is just deeper than we are. Further the home run is less of a factor in KC and the Royals have been here before. Today the betting line is pick em..yesterday we were the favourites for game 1.

If we do get by the Royals those National League pitchers look amazing..but I hope we play the Cubs and face their former American Leaguers Arrieta and Lester and their inexperienced young guys.

And although we are to be silenced.......Mr. Gibbons is not as good a manager as the other 3 managers.

Anyway we got to show some fight today, and Price has to be the great one (he is costing himself a lot of money if he isn't........that he can be. Go jays go
