I find it odd that off ATH's, BTC is only off 15%, ETH off 50% and ADA off 66% still. . . .

Alts are dead this cycle, it’s all about bitcoin.
etH especially seems to be dying a slow death. Insane gas fees were the culprit.
Alts will have one last run though.

If the adage of buy on rumor and sell on news still holds then I think Trump's announcement qualifies as news so now is the time to sell your BTC.
I really think so too. Whenever there is hype, for example the Bitcoin reserve, and the stock initially moves up, and then stagnates, as we are doing now, it means bad news. If something as big as the Bitcoin reserve barely moves Bitcoin, it's a bad sign. May sell all this week, will wait and see.
Bitcoin and alts should have one last push ahead of them. However, Trump has definitely soured the markets as a whole, ruining Bitcoin's smooth run up.

Someone knew about the crypto reserve announcement beforehand. Trump must have tipped them off. Zero regulation. People are pissed.

I know most TERB members are super bullish , but that's around 44.5% correction off of ATH's . I put that into bear territory, OUCH !
Bitcoin on the verge of 85k. Incredibly bullish. Given the overall negative sentiment and tanking market, Bitcoin is holding up very well well for being a risk-on asset. I wouldn’t have surprised to see it head into the opposite direction, in the 70s today.

Agreed ! I thought this cycle would have been very similar to the last 3. I always bet wrong ! UGH !
It started off very similar but strayed off course. Hopefully it will go back on track.
I hope there's enough time this year to rally back, I don't think most will be invested in 2026 with all these 20, 30 , 40% crashes. Some will be happy to be
out at the 100k level. . . .
