When democracy is sick just see to it that fascists, racists, Donald Trump
wannabes and anyone considered far-right are banned from running in an
election. Problem solved. Macron will agree with me.

It's now emerging that MANY knew of Biden's cognitive impairment but remained silent and further, actively covered it up. So WHO was running the USA for the last four years and had their finger on the nuclear button in his stead?

George Soros, Anthony Fauci, and Hunter Biden all had 8 hour rotating shifts.

So will Putin!

Well, tbh, he's much better with disappearing any candidat4es opposed to him.

Fortunately MANY recognized Trump's emotional instability and re-wired the RED BOTTON on the desk of the Oval Office to order him Diet Cokes instead!

"Can you beleive it? Like I go to drop a nuke on some old friend... I mean TRAITOR.. and god sends me a Diet Coke on a Silver Platter to congratulate me!"

"Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities. "
Supposedly Voltaire.
It's a good enough translation of Voltaire's original, I think.

I'd say it is less accurate as a translation of the line in isolation, but more or less correct for the line in context of the paragraph.

Hopefully I passed the course.
Yes there have been people saying it may not be him etc. But you Google it he gets credit as written. But you know how these things go. Memes don't have to be accurate to take on a life of their own.
But, most importantly, whoever said it, the thoughts expressed are spot on, imho.

There are SO MANY quotes that are falsely attributed.
It's fair to just slap "allegedly" on something and call it a day. :)

So true, i had to even put in a "supposedly" cuz all sources tend to be second or third hand or whatever. I do find when I do deeper dives back to original sources that I'm often surprised how the initial quote was a misquote, and then the misquote takes on the life of its own, as other tend to cite the citer blindly and don't double check. But as we know quotes are often used to justify opinions or actions, so, if they work to do that as is (accuracy be damned), why mess them up by getting "precise" lol.
Now you have deep fakes are everywhere supposedly showing whomever saying whatever. The skill set required nowadays to parse real from imaginary is going to be the essential skill for those who thrive.
