Information is good, what people do with it is their decision. Going somewhere where brothels are legal and choosing outcalls makes no sense to me personally. The worst thing about the scene here is that you have no idea what the girl is like physically until you arrive, why would I choose to subject myself to that uncertainty if I don't have to? But, I guess some guys will prefer that, so at least they know it exists. And we thank you very much. ISG is full of poor and/or cheap guys who have declared Colombia to be one of their last stands, and they are hostile to any discussion of anything but prowling red light districts like Sante Fe. One of my friends sends me pictures of the Colombian chicks he bangs on trips, and they are young and beautiful. For guys seeing Canadian escorts at $200-$300 and/or U.S. escorts at $500-$600, he would rather see an equally beautiful Colombian lady at say $100-$150 (a total guess) at his nice hotel for outcall, than for $50-$100 incall where he has safety concerns. Sorry if you have answered this, but I think a couple of posts were deleted. If a guy stays at a major western chain hotel in Bogota like a Hilton, a Radisson, a Sheraton, etc., do the ladies get hassled coming up to the room? in other words, is Bogata more “girl-friendly” when it comes to hotel outcall than Medellin?
Also, $150 Canadian/hour is a very high price to pay in Colombia, never mind it being for a complete unknown. For those prices if you get a girl who's equal to the girls here you're getting ripped off badly. I consistently see women who are imo much better than your average girl here for a fraction of that price. Also security concerns at strip clubs in Colombia are virtually zero, I feel extremely comfortable at the ones I frequent.
I personally don't frequent the red light districts as I don't enjoy them, but that doesn't mean someone has to limit themselves as if they were in Canada or the US. Many guys on isg won't let others enjoy the country the way they want to, it is no different than telling someone they should only do outcalls. Let people enjoy they country how they see fit and determine their own risk/price comfort level.
To answer your question, generally high end hotels will not allow you to have multiple guests over, or will charge a fairly sizeable fee in order to dissuade this behaviour regardless of what city you're in. If you want to do in calls, an airbnb with security is your best bet, even if they try to discourage visitors a few timely tips to the porteros will take care of that.
