Sure. He knows more than us. But that makes him a liar and a grifter.

Where are all the dozens of other scientist who studied the vaccine, tested it, worked on it? Why aren't THEY coming forward to tell you not to use it?!
You just called him a fraud (or spammer to me it's the same in this context), now after all the evidence in your face you're calling him a liar and a grifter. You need to make up your mind or else somebody can easily call you a spammer for calling the guy one.

Why not say anything? Seriously? Cancel culture, have you heard of it? The guy got canceled, hell they canceled their own president and you're asking me why people don't say anything, really? You have people on here who wouldn't even engage in a conversation with you (the woke crowd in general in this case) because of your inability to reason. The only difference between you and somebody on the far right is that you are on the left, but you are, as I mentioned earlier with evidence, as extreme and aggressive albeit in a cowardly way; you don't show up with a gun at the front door, you get the guy from behind in the dark (or arrest them for a day and forcefully vaccinate because that's good for them and it would be legal according to your twisted logic).

But less than the people who have been working on it in the 20+ years since he left. It would be like trusting the opinion of the guy who first started blood transfusions over modern doctors. They all know more about the topic than me but I'm not going to trust the guy who's information is a few decades out of date when there are far better options.
Yes, that may be true but you are making two big assumptions: 1 The tech has changed significantly and 2 the guy doesn't know about the changes if they occurred.

I suspect that you're ESL. In MY English - and most other people's - liar, grifter and fraud all mean much the same thing. You seem to have your own definition of "fraud". You think it means "spammer", but that is not the meaning. So that's your first paragraph dealt with.

The US didn't "cancel their president". He lost an election. So that's your second point blown away.

The rest of your post is just insults. You're a waste of time. I was polite to you because I wanted to show you that your opinions were wrong. But you just ended up being a guy who believes everything he reads from the far right and who has anger issues and is rude to people. You have very extreme views and you're going to end up getting into legal trouble if you don't get vaccinated.

The guy worked on the initial concept and then dropped out. He has no idea of how the rest of the project developed.

Indeed, my bad this is what you actually said, you said the guy was FAKE and "it's a scam" (I had to come back and did not reread the thread, confused it with spam)
There are a lot of fake videos on YouTube and "the guy who developed mRNA vaccine" is the biggest and best known of the fakes. You got grifted there. That dude has been debunked. You can google it. It's a scam
My point still stands he is not a fake and it is not a scam. Stop trying to wiggle your way out of this one. You did say they guy was Fake and then changed your mind.

Facebook did delete him no? Or did this happening in a parallel universe?

Funny how I think the same about you.

He couldn't have worked on developing mRNA vaccines in the mid 80's to mid 90's since these vaccines, as we have been told numerous times, were developed and tested in a time span anywhere from 2 months to a year.

How do you know he doesn't? There is scientific literature, colleagues, personal communication etc. Not saying he does, I don't know, but what he's saying MIGHT be worth paying attention to.

But he did work on it didn't he in the 90s meaning that he knows technology, better than you and I and everybody on here combined, no? So that makes him an expert and he shared his expert opinion on it. It may not be correct or may be partially correct but it is expert opinion not scam. Scam is when you say you did something but you didn't, you say you went to school but you didn't etc.
So, you are saying that the mRNA vaccines are the result of 40 years of research and not "brand new"?

He's opinion goes directly against the opinions of all the other doctors on the project.

What I said elsewhere, if 30% of doctors were questioning the vaccine, I would perhaps change my mind. But 95% of doctors have taken the vaxx themselves. So that means any dissenters are either idiots or grifters.

If it's the guy I am thinking of, he is notorious and has been the subject of expose pieces. He worked on the initial theoretical concept and then dropped out or was kicked out.

I don't know when this was.

I'm saying that about mRNA technology, well technically wikipedia and the rest of the world is saying it as you can see if you follow the link. If they were totally brand new, developed within 2 months to a year as some have said it would make it less reliable wouldn't it?

Buddy, it's your English. You just don't speak and understand it well enough to have this kind of a discussion. "Fake", "scam", "grift", "fraud" are all interchangeable in this context. You think that you're catching me out in mistakes, but really you just don't speak English well enough to understand.

Yes, Trump got thrown off Facebook and Twitter when he lied about the election "being stolen" and created trouble. If you believe he really won the election, then you have bigger problems that I thought.

Early research

Timeline of some key discoveries and advances in the development of mRNA-based drug technology.

The first successful transfection of mRNA packaged within a liposomal nanoparticle into a cell was published in 1989.[16][17] "Naked" (or unprotected) mRNA was injected a year later into the muscle of mice.[3][18] These studies were the first evidence that in vitro transcribed mRNA could deliver the genetic information to produce proteins within living cell tissue[3] and led to the concept proposal of messenger RNA vaccines.[19][20][21]

Liposome-encapsulated mRNA was shown in 1993 to stimulate T cells in mice,[22][23] and mRNA proved useful two years later to elicit both humoral and cellular immune response against a pathogen.[3][24][25]

Development

The first human clinical trial using ex vivo dendritic cells transfected with mRNA encoding tumor antigens (therapeutic cancer mRNA vaccine) was started in 2001.[26][27] Four years later, the successful use of modified nucleosides as a method to transport mRNA inside cells without setting off the body's defense system was reported.[26][28] Clinical trial results of an mRNA vaccine directly injected into the body against cancer cells were reported in 2008.[29][30]

BioNTech in 2008 and Moderna in 2010 were founded to develop mRNA biotechnologies.[31][32] The US research agency DARPA launched at this time the biotechnology research program ADEPT to develop emerging technologies for the US military.[33][34] The agency recognized the potential of nucleic acid technology for defense against pandemics and began to invest in the field.[33] DARPA grants were seen as a vote of confidence that in turn encouraged other government agencies and private investors to invest in mRNA technology.[34] DARPA awarded at the time a $25 million grant to Moderna.[35]

The first human clinical trials using an mRNA vaccine against an infectious agent (rabies) began in 2013.[36][37] Over the next few years, clinical trials of mRNA vaccines for a number of other viruses were started. mRNA vaccines for human use have been studied for infectious agents such as, influenza, Zika virus, cytomegalovirus, and Chikungunya virus.[38][39]

Acceleration

The COVID-19 pandemic, and sequencing of the causative virus SARS-CoV-2 at the beginning of 2020, led to the rapid development of the first approved mRNA vaccines.[40][41] BioNTech and Moderna in the December of the same year obtained approval for their mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines. On 2 December, seven days after its final eight-week trial, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency became the first global medicines regulator in history to approve an mRNA vaccine, granting emergency authorization for Pfizer–BioNTech's BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccine for widespread use.[42][43][44] On 11 December, the FDA gave emergency use authorization for the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and a week later similar approval for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.[45]

This is the actual wikipedia piece. It was developed over 30 years. The first approved mRNA vaccine was developed over several weeks based on that research.

You're kind of wasting everybody's time with your responses here.

You said the guy is Fake but the guy is not (sorry but this has nothing to do with my English) :) Who told you I believe he won the election, why do you keep assuming stuff?

At this point, you are becoming a pest and a troll and you are ignoring my earlier posts about your poor English and lack of understanding of what I meant.

I'm putting you on ignore and moving on.

You just proved my point with your post. It's not like you live in the thread, you don't have to be here if you don't want to.
Face it, you're coming off as a dumbass. The more you post the more we can see you have entered a very deep dark rabbit hole.

Maybe I am to those who suggest people be jailed for a day and forcefully vaccinated.

If you protested at a hospital, vaccination clinic, stormed the Eaton Centre, harass a hostess asking for your vaccine passport, THEN 100% you belong in jail.
