APA vs. Car Help Canada

I've been an APA (automobile protection association) member twice in the past, and I was very happy with the service. I probably saved at least a couple of thousand dollars on new cars compared to how I would have done negotiating on my own.

I let my membership lapse in between car purchases. I'll be buying at least one new car in the next year.

Should I stick with APA, or try out Car Help Canada?

I'm well acquainted with the APA's service, but I don't know too much about Car Help Canada. Does anyone have any insight to offer? Which is better, or are they basically the same.

I use the service strictly for new car buying, so the other services (used car buying, recommended mechanics, etc) don't really mean much to me.

Cheers.

There's also carcostcanada, carquotes.ca, canadiancarprices (and others?) that sell invoice price reports, the down side being that you still have to do some work yourself.

I cant remember what I used last year but my decision was based on getting several reports for a low price since I still hadn't narrowed it down to one model. I think that they all have pretty much the same basic features. The one I used also had recommended dealers who emailed me a firm offer a little above wholesale (which helped me get a better deal somewhere else).
