Its obvious photoshop. Look at the thumb of the girl on the penis, its like 5 inches long. That is of course totally disregarding all those smudges around his groin area which clearly indicate a piss poor photoshop job.
I seem to remember a post about this guy on this board a few months back. Seems to me his trick is injecting saline into his member before a photo shoot.
