Kautilya is letting his liberal mind take over. You can’t just increase the population and make a better country. GDP per capita needs to increase. The more the average person earns the better off the country is. We need better immigration policies, mass deportations, and better schools to get us where we need to be. Not blindly increasing the population.
We need construction worker of all kinds, welder, mecanics, doctors, nurses,... all of which current immigrants lacks massively :( Or are not willing to retrain to our standard.

Not sure about construction workers and welders.

However doctors and nurses have separate draws in express entry. They probably need to admit more to deal with shortages. Doctors are required to pass certain exams and get licenses once they come here which they do.

What did you mean by saying that they are not WILLING? Did you mean to say that doctors come here and unwilling to become doctors they are doing ubereats or did you mean to say that it is a lengthy and time consuming process to get certified?

In 1962, India and South Korea had the same GDP per capita. How do they compare today?

https://countryeconomy.com/countries/compare/south-korea/india?sc=XE34

South Korea has one of the lowest birth rates in the world.

You have no idea what you are talking about. But you can never admit to being wrong.
Lowest birth rates? Sure, even Indias birth rate is below replacement rates. So what?

And you compare, India of the present, with India of the past. You compare South Korea of today, with South Korea of the past. You compare Japan of the present with Japan of the past. And then see what has changed. You cannot compare India and South Korea as their political and economic situations/cultural contexts were totally different.

I just proved to you how Japan that is well in a population decline very clearly shows a declining GDP while countries with population growth have showed GDP growth.

And if you were talking about South Korea you should know that the South Korean economy is starting to stagnate because of an aging workforce as well. So there goes your argument.

You took this long to cherry pick some nonsense in an attempt to bolster your argument, but you presented an example, that on further scrutiny defeats your own argument. You have no idea of what you are talking about and are engaging in whatsapp "unkill" logic. Stop it. 😂 I dont admit to being wrong because I am not wrong.

Open borders, free movement of people, immigration, entrepreneurship etc is what will create prosperity, economic growth and cultural exchange. Not a bunch of racist old men sitting around in their retirement homes, talking trash about immigrants while jerking off to Trump.

How many arguments have you presented where you actually presented stats, research or facts to back your statements?
Hey Pseudo, is StatCan good enough? Now you don't even have to pretend to be a student. You can pretend to be the spouse or partner of someone pretending to be a student. And you'll both get PR!

https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/pub/36-28-0001/2024006/article/00001-eng.htm

Across successive arrival cohorts, the transition rate has increased. For example, five years after obtaining the first work permit, 27% of TFWs in the 2006-to-2010 cohort made the transition, and this rate increased to 34% for the 2011-to-2015 cohort. Similarly, two years after obtaining the first work permit, the transition rate rose from 12% for the 2011-to-2015 cohort to 23% for the 2016-to-2020 cohort...
The overall trend mentioned above was primarily influenced by the PGWP Program, spouses or common-law partners of skilled workers, and spouses or common-law partners of students, all of whom followed a similar trend. Their shares among work permit holders transitioning to PR increased significantly, from 29% in the 2006-to-2010 cohort to 73% in the 2016-to-2020 cohort...
In summary, since the mid-2000s, proportionately more individuals holding work permits for work purposes have transitioned to PR in Canada.

What a goofball. As I said before, your 3 primary strategies in any argument - racial or cultural stereotyping, strawman arguments or illogical conclusions. This right here is an example of an illogical conclusion that has absolutely no basis in fact. Based on what did you claim that the MERE 5200 spousal applicants (figure from your link), were pretending to be spouses of people who were pretending to be students? Based on what data? 🤡 .

The stats out of the UK reported that about 15% of the third world invaders they let in have any tangible skill. How in any construct is that a good plan? We`re probably the same, solid plan Trudeau.

Most are now either the few international students let in or the large number of temporary foreign workers.
