What about the big fat tax cut for the rich? Will he raise the retirement age?
What about you thinking about the point you tried to make which I quickly disproved before doubling down on another point?

Maybe look into Poilievre's platform and don't just read leftwing media headlines and understand it better for yourself.

The sooner you realize that the Liberals are playing you in this election the better.

For example...anti housing? He is dropping the tax on homes over $1.3 million. Does that sound like he's against housing to you?
Oh man! How lame can an argument be?

All it proves is that he's pro-housing for rich people only. LOLOLOL This does nothing to help the average working family.

That point was already there, you just chose to ignore it. Still no refute of PP's fuck the middle class tax cut?

Like I said, stop getting sucked in by the left wing media's talking points, they are leading you astray...

Poilievre promises to keep dental care, pharmacare if elected
https://globalnews.ca/news/11097024/poilievre-promises-to-keep-dental-care-pharmacare-if-elected/

Poilievre has been saying for almost 2 years that he will scrap the carbon tax...Carney and the Libs just copied that after forcing us to pay it for years when the messaging was all about saving the climate.

I thought you were smarter than that and couldn't be so easily played by the Liberal propaganda machine?
https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/poilievre-social-programs-1.7493270

Another shifty position by PP. He was dead set against this in opposition, surely he will gut it. Clearly his words mean they will kill the next expansion of the dental care. Typical weaselly language by PP.

How many farmers, construction workers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, gas fitters etc. do you think are responding to pollsters? Or accountants who are in the midst of their busiest season?
The ones who are more than likely responding are people who are sitting at home, smoking weed and playing video games all day.
Hence the results. Polling is junk science, much like climatology.
yet you guys were predicting a Liberal slaughter based on polls just 1 month ago.

Trump has pushed voters that left the Trudeau LPC to join the CPC Poilievre, the Bloc and NDP back to Carney . The exit of Trudeau also help the LPC. In fact I think that the electorate will very nearly vote as they did in 2015 in this upcoming election This is my intuitive feeling and I don’t need the polls to tell me that although they may provide confirmation.
How Carney responds to Trump’s ongoing economic terrorism could be a decisive factor and Poilevere with nothing to lose can now forcefully cut into Trump to elevate his electoral fortunes In these last few remaining weeks
If a minority government gets in, then Canada will be further destabilized.

PeePee spent years branding himself as little trump. Now he's running for governor of the 51st state.
He can't win on his actual policies, he peaked declaring everything is broken but his fixes are very unpopular.

Ohhhhhhhhhh you want to give people free housing and you've convinced yourself that the other parties can do that somehow. Now I get where you're coming from.

Kinda like the Liberals have destroyed the hopes of anyone actually being able to afford anything over the past decade and suddenly they're going to "help" Canadians? hahahahahaha

btw...This is cartoon is a great depiction of what the Liberal party does to their brainwashed supporters...

The Conservatives aren't going to do what the Liberals have done for the past decade to destroy the middle class. They're policies make sense and are desperately needed.

It's no wonder that the Liberal platform has stolen all of them. Ever wonder why?

You're being played.

In other words, you are assuming things despite what he has campaigned on.

Remember when the Liberals forced the carbon tax on everyone and shamed anyone who disagreed and now they are suddenly abolishing it on the eve of an election?

That is factual.

Making assumptions is not.

You're being played.

He could be clear and unequivocal. He is using weasel words and everyone who is not a idiot can see that. Yes the Libs backtracked on this policy, as I said before, its because people are too stupid and lazy to take the time to understand it. Now we will end up with a WORSE carbon tax regardless of who wins.

I mean, if PP wins, we could start funding "carbon capture". I.e., we just send a bunch of money back to the oil and gas companies so they can pretend to study an always-10-years-away technology.

Explain to me why Carney is Different compared to Trudeau. Is he much more qualified? Have better accomplishment?

"Backtracked" is an understatement. You are talking about a party that would attack anyone who dared question the validity of such as program and would label people climate change deniers if they criticized the carbon tax scheme.
Their supporters kept them in power based on their climate change propaganda and fear mongering and totally bought into the carbon tax ponzi scheme.

Now it goes out the window at the 11th hour just to get re-elected?

Wow!

That's who you would trust?

It's time for a change. Don't keep getting played.

How about you drop the would/could prophecy and instead look at what the Liberals did.

Don't keep getting played.

The snowflakes, oops righties, are going apoplectic. The Cons had this thing wrapped right up tight just a couple of weeks ago and the election is a month away. How did they fuck up so badly, so quickly? They are so sensitive, how will they survive living in a "communist" country for another 3 or 4 years?
This is indeed symptomatic of how fragile the Conservative Party is. They're relying on voter fatigue with the Liberals, not strong policy, to put them in power. It's a stupid strategy. And they're finding out that was Trudeau, not the LPC, who Canadians were tired of.

Pierre Poilievre had the perfect opportunity to capitalise on current events with Trump and the US .... and he fucking blew it. All he had to do was thump anti-Trump and pro-Canada sentiment with constituents -- just like Carney is doing -- but he chose not to. Instead, he's still rambling on about "verbing the noun" on nonsense. I think he's changed his campaign slogan 10 times since Carney took over the LPC.

And the funny thing is, Mark Carney is far better aligned with the values of the Progressive Conservative Party of the 1980s and 1990s than of a 2020s Liberal.

The only hope the CPC has have remaining viable is to basically go back to being the PCs and using the People's Party as a dumping ground for their social conservatives and other scumbags.

And if one more CPC supporter tells me this can't be done, well, then accept the consequences.

Even if climate change is propaganda I am all for lower emissions, because when you burn oil its not just CO2 and water that is emitted.
