I read on the wrps site that they seized the car and the building unit. I have no experience in understanding this stuff but that makes me assume 'tanya' owned that building unit and it wasn't rented. If rented I would assume they could not seize it from the landlord
It will be interesting to see where this all lands once it goes to trial.
I also felt bad for that contractor truck that was caught on the photo from CTV. That parking spot was only for customers so he might have some explaining to do what he was doing there before work
