Looks like someone at the news also felt bad for the company truck in the parking lot. They have updated the original photo and have blacked out the name on the truck. I'm glad that they did that.I read on the wrps site that they seized the car and the building unit. I have no experience in understanding this stuff but that makes me assume 'tanya' owned that building unit and it wasn't rented. If rented I would assume they could not seize it from the landlord
It will be interesting to see where this all lands once it goes to trial.
I also felt bad for that contractor truck that was caught on the photo from CTV. That parking spot was only for customers so he might have some explaining to do what he was doing there before work

If you use Reddit, go look at the discussion under r/waterloo on this. Includes some commentary from people claiming to be former attendants (Olivia?).
I have a good source that told me the issue is that Ambition employed at least one minor in recent years, who was even related to the scumbag owner. That explains the human trafficking charges despite not having your typical Xing Ling there. I think it is not the only charge these dipshits are facing.
I'm also not that surprised by some losers here defending this spa. Police should extend their investigation into some of the members here. I bet it is not the only shenanigan this spa pulled.

I had a conversation with "someone" at WRPS who I know well in a very social setting and asked about that "Ambition thing back in the spring?" and the charges. I didn't come out and say "Yeah I was a regular at Ambition and miss Jess & Amy"...LOL... I kind of worked it into a conversation about policing and crime in the region since I had the chance and he said... "Nothing will be done about that shutdown... pure PR and total BS... we did that on a tip from the JHS"... I asked what the "JHS" was and he said "John Howard Society"... I let it go at that point... then later I had to look it up - never heard of John Howard Society before. The way he was talking it was fairly obvious the "raid" was a very politically PR motivated event.

So what does this mean. That no one will be charged/convicted and Ambition will reopen. And people lie all the time for no reason.
Man I sure do miss Ambition. GTA places so hit or miss and often overpriced and there is nothing good locally now. Bums me out, ambition was consistent and fair imo.
A few of the girls were probably being pimped. Now that we’ve throughly beaten this topic to death anyone wonder if we’re ever going to get some decent and consistent SPs in the try cities… I fell like it’s over a year and we’re all still waiting for Ambition to open back up.
