I have enjoyed many sessions and the ladies at Ambition many times over the years and am grateful for the services they’ve provided, but the fact that the police have decided to act now, after 14 years of leaving them alone while knowing full-well what goes on there, suggests to me that charges aren’t baseless.
Think of who left last year that may have been there a long time. This could be someone who was coerced early in its existence, trained, groomed, worked there for years, then came to the realization of exploitation and sexual abuse over the years and as part of their treatment, decided to approach the police. As soon as claims of this kind are made, law enforcement has no choice other than to act. I’m not insinuating that this is certainly the case and it could certainly have originated from a disgruntled employee (there have been many) or a competitor as well. Just saying that if the police spent a year investigating, if there was nothing worth pursuing there, they would have given them a warning to keep things clean and moved on.
For one, I’m just grateful that I wasn’t there when the shakedown happened and am happy all the girls working were left alone and don’t face any charges.
