Alanis is a singer song writer. She was never a "celebrity" in the same vein as say Brittany Spears, or Ashley Simpson, or any number of air-head pop tarts who have to rely on their celebrity looks and idiotic chinangins in the press in order to stay in the news. (But I'm guessing that you judge female singers not on their musical talents, but on their looks.)

Please tell me how Abe Lincoln (who was born in 1809) could possible be first cousins with William Shakespeare who was born in 1564. That's a 245 year difference in birth dates.

The definition of "first cousin" is literally that you share the same grand parents.

imo... good for her.

she has/had a great career.. found love, started a family. if she is happy as is and healthy... i dont see a problem with it. sometimes it is ok to walk away from the spotlight and lead a normal life.

plus, who am i to judge if she is fat /ugly / etc? husband seems to like it, that is all that matters

Some folks have a strange definition of 'cow'. They should submit pics of all of the 'supermodels' they've had unpaid sex with. I can certainly say I've done worse...

Saw her in concert 'back in the day'. She actually did 3 long (and mostly unplugged) encores. I'm not a big fan, but she was very good.
