His experience states that he does not need to go to "rub and tugs" and he does not need to pay to get laid.

Hmmmmm....I wonder what brought him to this board then.

We are not telling him to do nothing. If you would go back and read what we wrote. We are telling him to be smart about it, and not do anything on the spur of the moment otherwise maybe leading to something he will regret. You don't know the detials of his situation, you don't know them personally, and your willing to tell him to do something that may damage their lives forever. We on the other hand are taking the more logical route, and analyzing the situation first. I mean the guy already responded and said that it is best for him to keep his mouth shut and let the wife work it out or let the couple work it out. Go back and read instead of trying to start some shit. And stop with name calling it serves no pupose here....

I think you are the yutz because you are clearly not understanding what I am trying to say. I am not saying that a friend shouldn't tell another. I am only saying one should take more caution when dealing with such sensative information and try to help rather then just telling him right away. If one finds out more about the situation then of course you can tell him. You can't just bud in and tell him his wife isn't attracted to him anymore. You don't know that for sure. You only overheard it, you have no solid proof, no further knowledge to base such sensitive information on. Can you not understand that? Obviously not. I think we are talking in circles here, and there is a reason most people side with me here, including the guy that started this thread. So let's put this aside and move on because you are obviously not understanding or willing to look at the positive, only looking to start shit....

And to call me a yutz for what I am saying is just dumb...

R&T,

You asked me if I was married(which I'm not). Then you later answer someone else's quesiton with whether you are married or not matters. Then you let it out that you aren't married.

Then you go on to talk about how you've seen this happen before.

So as a guy who is not married and who has had a friend in a similar suggestion somehow makes you an expert. But not only that, you are now capable to telling all the other guys they are wrong?!?!!!?

The original guy was just asking for advice. And weighed the options accordingly. No need to turn this into something that you have to win. Everyone has their opinion on the matter.

You're right about one thing the guy should probably know about the problem but its a question of who should tell him. I think it should be his wife.

As a friend how often do you share your sexual inadequecies? Or how often do they share their's? Pretty rarely, I'd imagine. Why because it is a topic of pride and most guys can't have their egos shattered. Those types of experiences are not ones that men usually share.

Between a rock and a hard place
Some advice:

1. Pretend you heard nothing. Dont tell your friend anything.
2. Stop eavesdropping.

Sorry guess we missed that memo on your superiority. You should have said that right from the beginning instead of pretending you had this great wisdom from your own wonderful marriage.

Should I tell my best friends what I overheard? Should I just keep my mouth shut? Any advice would be welcome.
Guys, especially best friends, tell each other many things but I don't see any benefit to tell him this.
If he didn't realize there was a problem with his relationship, then I would definately tell him but that is not the case.
You should keep your mouth shut and stop sticking your nosey face into other peoples business.:p

Let's be honest. How many wives really look forward to having sex with their husbands. I don't see her remarks as that shocking.

Maybe we should have a poll. How many guys really think their wife enjoys having sex with them.

The right thing would be to tell your friend, however he will probably get pissed at you and not believe you, or think that you are fucking his wife. then he may tell your wife he thinks you are fucking his and then you lose your wife and your best friend.. but at least you can sleep at night and look yourself in the mirror because you know that you did the right thing!
