Bah, I know someone who walked 500 miles and then walked 500 more, and only to just be the man who walked 1000 miles just to fall down at some randos door.
One place his evil tentacles have not reached.Too bad Bieber doesn't sing this song dammit
I thought you would have lost more too with all those steps. I guessed you would have come in around 158/159.
Did you uptake on the calories at all or kept the same diet throughout the week?
Yeah, I don't think 100000 steps in one day will make a difference. It's like eating 150000 calories in one day. If over the week, all goes back to normal, it doesn't really make a difference besides I agree over stressing the knees and feet.I thought so too and I kept the calories exactly the same. I am going to try to walk 100,000 in one day see where that gets me probably bad knees and a nothing burger.
That was fun!Yeah, I don't think 100000 steps in one day will make a difference. It's like eating 150000 calories in one day. If over the week, all goes back to normal, it doesn't really make a difference besides I agree over stressing the knees and feet.
Might make for a good YouTube video if you can lay it out in an interesting format to generate clicks and views though. Just make sure during the walk you come across a few hotties who don't mind being filmed. That always brings in the views. LOL
Anatoly does it perfectly bringing the hotties. This dude for his size is a beast strength-wise.
So I'm assuming this is outside on a track of sorts.Cardio increases appetite. So you must have eaten at maintenance when you walked that much. Someone said 100K steps a day, thats like 50 miles!!
Sometimes I do that. Infact during the pandemic when the gyms were closed I would walk all the way from Lakeshore to Casa Loma and back in the summer. It was like 11 or 12 kms.So I'm assuming this is outside on a track of sorts.
It's approximately 2k steps in a mile. 500 for one lap. 4 laps to a mile.
3 mile if you walk at a good pace maybe 50 minutes.
So to complete 6 miles would be 100 minutes or what an hour and 40 minutes in total.
That's only 12k steps. That's a lot of time to be walking.
Mostly from what i've read you will burn between 200-300 calories in an hour.....
Great to get outside and get some sunshine and fresh air though as well.
