Out of the sandy sunny destinations, Hawaii and Costa Rica would be my first choices, but their also 3 or 4 times the price of Cuba and Mexico.

To the OP...you cannot go wrong with teh Dominican...If you have two weeks.... do a week in two different resorts....Stay around Bavaro.

i recommend it as people are great...night clubs have anything..ANYTHING you want...Food is excellent....and weather PERFECT!!!

Ive done La Romano, and four times in Punta Cana area.....I re commend the Bavaro Princess

I would like to not have to break the bank to go on vacation, and cruise lines only accept Credit Cards while aboard which would get costly. I like to keep it simple, white sands, crystal clear water, some scuba diving, sexy local ladies to share with the wife as she is bi, all inclusive drinks and meals, and of course some good partying.

You can do Florida, Cuba, Mexico any time. Once in a lifetime trip do the 10/14 day Kilimanjaro trip. It will blow you away as you won't believe your eyes and make friends for life. It can be done for as little as $3000. You will never regret it. Sorry, no scuba, and can't guarantee a lot of sexy local ladies or white sands. Oh well, forget it.

Columbia is a good second choice.

Im sorry Mr Mann was that some sort of etiquette breach? I knew it was an old thread but i also felt some of the places mentioned were not great suggestions for 2 weeks. Hawaii is just about perfect for a 2 week vacation and that should hold true for a long time and I didn't post with the OP in mind
