In addition, if she refuses and turns out to be legal and the police come to the incall location it could create legal hassles for them. In addition, this may result in the girl being more likely to show ID when requested next time. The next person could have more negative reasons to want her ID than just verifying her age (e.g. stalking her or some asshole that just wants to out her). It would be a tough call.

Polaris - How the hell can you blame TERB? I very seriously doubt that the mods on TERB had any idea what was going on. Sure TERB was used for advertisement for 4Play. But then that condo building allowed such illegal activity the property. Going to go after the building too? The list goes on and on. Definately hammer the people knowingly involved in this activity. As I said earlier, TPS investigates any allegation of underage girls etc. Allegations have been made in the past and investigated. TPS knows who the agencies owners are and where they can be found.

If you are at all worried, simply book a hotel and do an outcall. No need to worry about using a top agency.

No way...maybe at some motel but not over at Hiltons, Starwood, Marriott, etc chains. I seen some of those security people..they look and act very professional...can't believe they would turn a blind eye to underage girls coming in for OutCall dates.

I believe this condo had a concierge where this took place, I'm sure they knew and always went home with a few 20s. It's hard for hotels because there is so much traffic coming and going.

Just because someone acts and looks professional doesn't mean they're not on the take.

This has caused quite a storm. And I will probably be excoriated for this but... during the reading of this thread something kept popping into my mind. Sort of on point as we do not know the facts of this case other than what the papers report. Some years ago a lady by the name of Traci Lords was BIG in the porno industry. She was in it for several years. She produced evidence (and she was attended to by her 25 yr. old boyfriend) that she was legal (and she looked it) so the producers hired her. She was a phenom. Then the day she turned legal she reported that she had been under age all those years (she started at 14 I think). Well, the shit hit the fan in Hollywood. Producers, execs etc. were scared as hell. Not sure of all the fallout, but it was big. They even did a documentary on it. But who manipulated who here? It was no coincidense that she came out on her 18th birthday. She used "the system" very artfully. What was her motive? I don't know. Was she abused? I don't think so (she did come from a broken home). Was she forced? No. Who was at fault here? It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway that the manipulation of non consenting minors is not only unconscionable but a crime. Yes, I know, minors, by definition, cannot consent. But still I think this to be an interesting point. I have represented minors in the past and many were 15 going on 50 -- far more sophisticated than many of my 40+ year old girlfriends. I guess I am saying that age per se is very subjective. To try and hold Terb responsible for some fault here seems ludicrous. I think if Terbites honestly review some of the ladies they have seen in the past there might be more than one in their history who may very well have been a minor, notwithstanding what the lady said. Perhaps this alleged fact might be at the source of some of the hysteria going on here.

"Agency" seems to be a term that was invented by the "established" pimps to differentiate themselves from specifically "black guys who force girls into prostitution". Both are still do essentially the same thing, so I don't see why the offence. There are pimps who "manage" girls that don't resort to force, and there are agencies who manage girls that do resort to force and violence.

Anger? My anger is very validated due to the fact that generlizations are being thrown around and a fifteen year old girl was found working. I think I understand how you feel, because I'm also very disturbed by those comments.

As much as I understand that these allegations might be totally untrue and were made by persons with agendas, I cannot just ignore them and continue being a menber of this Board unless I know what were/are the principals' responses to these allegations.

If these were old allegations and the Mods had already responded to, then would someone please provide the links so those of us who are concerned may catch up to what it's all about.
