I use the Mail Washer program, which filtered out all the junks, but if the email address is same as mine or the domain is same as mine, I can not filter them out. the program is generally good, that is the only downfall.But I dont know how they can use my own email address in the first place.

I have received a lot of junk mail using my email address i.e. both sender and receiver address are mine. I can not blocked this. Does it means that my email address have been hijacked? How can I counter act this? Your help is appreciated.
