I have received a lot of junk mail using my email address i.e. both sender and receiver address are mine. I can not blocked this.
Does it means that my email address have been hijacked?
How can I counter act this?
Your help is appreciated.

The best way to filter out the junk mail is using a spam filter program.

I use spamarrest I tried thier 30 days trial and feel in love wiht htier program, I can check my isp email address with the filters right on the spamarrest website. and all that boring viagra, come see this porn bull shit never reaches my outlook its fucking GREAT.

www.spamarrest.com

Plus wiht the verification process the sender has to enter in the key from the image or click on the answer from the question like how many dogs are in this picture or send a reply back to verifiy themself.

To help you we need to know what email program you are using. The fix is different for all of them.

Try In-Boxer. It works well with Outlook and dumps spam into a junk file for you to review if you like before you dump it. Also any mail that it is unsure of it leaves in a review folder for you to decide if its junk or keep.

I think there is a 30 day free trial and then its about $30.

I use spamkiller, checks your mail at different intervals and if the person is in the address book will notify when you have mail.
Any junk goes straight to it's own killed mail. Just delete them.
Very easy to use. And if you look can be had for free.

I use the Mail Washer program, which filtered out all the junks, but if the email address is same as mine or the domain is same as mine, I can not filter them out.
the program is generally good, that is the only downfall. But I dont know how they can use my own email address in the first place.
