Ah, so you didn't have an intelligent response. Got it.Ignored because they're all dumb, whiney examples. Oh poor me, I haven't figured it out in the 4 years since the last election...must be...racism, or something.![]()
Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. All of the aforementioned, way less onerous or expensive than what you expect from others, but still somehow, "too much".Ah, so you didn't have an intelligent response. Got it.
From ChatGPT. There are others too like Turkey, Brazil etc.,Please list the countries that do mental health evaluations before they issue gun licenses??
I showed you examples of citizens who are unable to get IDs.Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer.
"Unable"? Horseshit. Unwilling, more like it. If voting is that important to someone, they'll be able to get verified in the 4 years between elections.I showed you examples of citizens who are unable to get IDs.
You gave me a stupid answer in return.
That makes only one of us stupid and it ain't me.
I'll give you credit for that. From ChatGPT. There are others too like Turkey, Brazil etc.,
1. Poland
2. Japan

That's why the GOP is so against using most of those things as voter ID.No one is unable to get an ID, that's a lie. Do they work and pay taxes? They have an SSN or SIN. Did they immigrate? There's a record of that. Do they drive? That's another piece of ID. Do they live in some sort of building, regardless if they own or rent? There are documents that come with that. Don't have time? Give me a fucking break, they've got an average of 3-4 years between elections.
The "problem" with the United States, is that the 2nd Amendment is recognized as a right, which is why these discussions are pointless. The US has recognized state rights; so that individual democrat run shitholes can govern as they see fit, but for the national level of gun control that shitlibs dream about, they would have to repeal the 2nd Amendment.I'll give you credit for that.
But how many of these countries have it written in their constitution that its citizens have "the right to bear arms"?? None of them do AFAIK.
So even if you denied a person in the US from buying a gun because he/she didnt pass the psych test, it would never pas a constitutional challenge
You think gun owners are voting out of political spite? You know the posters here who will never vote conservative because they think they'll be criminalized for paying for sex?
Welcome to the reality of gun owners in Canada for the past almost 40 years.
No unable. Life events takes precedence over voting but voting is still a right that should not be denied to people."Unable"? Horseshit. Unwilling, more like it. If voting is that important to someone, they'll be able to get verified in the 4 years between elections.
That isn't racism, it's laziness.
I lost an election because I don't take you seriously? And this why you lost an election....
It's a corporation.While we're at it proving you're delusional...Still think Disney isn't woke?
That was another beaut you said on here.
We have been over and over this, MAGA doesn't believe in biology any more than they believe in science or human rights.Gametes dude we've been over this many many times. It's where wokeness hits a wall and all.
You don't believe in biology?
Current state and federal laws already prevent people with mental health issues from owning weapons.I'll give you credit for that.
But how many of these countries have it written in their constitution that its citizens have "the right to bear arms"?? None of them do AFAIK.
So even if you denied a person in the US from buying a gun because he/she didnt pass the psych test, it would never pas a constitutional challenge
Is that like people who are unwilling to get safes for their gun collections?"Unable"? Horseshit. Unwilling, more like it. If voting is that important to someone, they'll be able to get verified in the 4 years between elections.
That isn't racism, it's laziness.
It most definitely is a constitutional issue.Current state and federal laws already prevent people with mental health issues from owning weapons.
We just need the mental health issue diagnosed before issuing a license.
Not a constitutional issue
Is that like people who are unwilling to show their ID when asked? Is that like people who are unwilling to get safes for their gun collections?
It's not being denied, it's the most basic, low effort requirement that is still somehow too much for people playing white knight for another group of people they don't actually care about. No unable. Life events takes precedence over voting but voting is still a right that should not be denied to people.
NRA and corporate interests. It most definitely is a constitutional issue.
I already stated in a previous post that about 47% of Americans suffer from some type of mental health issue, and there's absolutely no way you're gonna deny almost half the country of firearms. It would never survive a constitutional challenge.
And if you disagree, then why have some Blue States not already made it a law that requires a mental health issue diagnosis before issuing a gun license??
A requirement a lot of people are unable to fulfil for very valid reasons as I explained earlier. It's not being denied, it's the most basic, low effort requirement...
