Arguing that more guns make people safer over and over again doesn't make it true.

Why don't you prove your claim and find a place with high legal gun ownership and low gun crimes.
If its true it must be proveable.

Sorry, haven't been paying attention to the discussion.
Is this just about requiring tests before buying a gun or about the whole concept of it being illegal to sell guns to people who have been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution?
