Yes of course, according to you ALL situations are exactly the same and the exact same thing should be pursued for every single problem even if they are completely different and unrelated. 🤡
You have zero critical thinking.
If it is too expensive for someone to get gun safes, it is too expensive for them to buy guns.
And people with no money to even get IDs are not lining up to get guns anyway.
Liberals have no problem making other people pay for their problems or life choices, trying to convince the public (tax payers) it's for the greater good, but when the shoe's on the other foot...

Since you probably believe the "just drive to Indiana" lie, let me educate you some more; did you know that ever since 2005, every new firearm, sold at retail comes with an external lock? Here's the kicker, it wasn't the "ban it all" liberals who came up with that idea, because as we've seen, they don't actually care about public safety.

And wherever they get it from, that person should have had it locked up in their gun safe.
If they didn't they should also be charged for negligence.
Whichever way you look at it, regulations would work to reduce access to guns, and consequently reduce crime.
you think a lunatic with intent can't open a safe if he really wants to? they should be charged for raising and not keeping an eye on him and seek help...

And as I pointed out there is already state and federal law that prevents the mentally ill from possessing weapons
That law is about as effective as a jaywalking law.
Anyone who's bipolar, depressed or suicidal can walk into any store and buy a gun, provided they dont have a criminal record

Gun owners who whine about the costs are lame. What next, you gonna complain that bullets should be free too?
You want to make other people less safe to pretend you're safer, then pay.

Clearly the solution is to make sure everyone has a gun just in case.

Not all can, some may or may not.
It will still reduce access to guns and shootings.

there needs to be psych evals before issuing gun licenses
But I already explained to you why thats never going to happen.

Its just not feasible (and probably very expensive) to do a mental health assessment on 340 million Americans.

Also, if somebody doesn't want to admit they're bipolar, depressed, suicidal or homicidal, then they just won't tell the psychiatrist who's interviewing them. Then what are you going to do?? Waterboard them until they confess?? 😀

''Cis'' is just a made up word.
All words are "made-up words".

Or are you just opposed to Latin for some reason?

This whole trans thing is a just social contagion that the leftists have exploited to corrupt the psyche of individuals affected with body dysmorphic disorder and questioned sexual preference.
Oh.
You're delusional.
Gotcha.

There isn't though.
There are multiple definitions used by different groups and researchers and institutions.
Yup, liberals love fluidity in definitions, whether it's gender or mass shootings; it's whatever suits their agenda at the time.

It is possible. We test each and everyone for driving and only 1/3rd of that number apply for gun licenses.
A psych eval doesn't rely on anyone admitting to anything.
Is that how you think mental health evaluations work? - A bi-polar person tells the psychologist that they are bi-polar and then the psychologist diagnoses them of bi-polar disorder. lmao. You are not making sense.

Do you think there is a "conservative" definition of mass shootings that liberals are trying to dilute with their "fluid definitions"?

Uh yeah.

Look at all the Kool-Aid drinkers in this very thread, trying to convince people that this kind of gun violence is somehow so much worse than inner city gun violence, which actually does the heavy lifting in the "mass shootings" statistics, yet you've got people here thinking it's already "over policed". 🤡

It's all smoke and mirrors, liberals don't actually care about public safety; gun control is about political revenge.

Its you who's not making sense.
You came up with a really dumb idea, and now you're trying to walk it back.

Tell us please, how would you test someone for bipolar disorder, depression, homicidal, or suicidal thoughts if the person denies being bipolar, depressed, or being homicidal?? Walk us through the process on how you would do that
