That seems more like Carney being exposed to be the hypocrite he
was than a debate between him and Poilievre.
If this is who canadians elect as prime Minister than they deserve everything that's coming as a result.
Carney is going to reconfigure the carbon tax but we will still get hit by it without the rebates.
He's got the same ideology as Justin he's just more slick.

Pretty much all climate policies introduced and climate goals
proclaimed over the last 7 years in these countries:
U.S., UK, Norway, Australia and New Zealand, since the global climate
movemenet inspired by Greta Thunberg commenced could all pass
as climate chage BS. The same can be said of climate target
set by India, China and Saudi Arabia which all have timed their own
zero emission target. If I remember correctly the year zero-emission
is to be attained by India is expected to be 2075.
Climate goals set by Big Oil companies like Shell and Exxon-Mobil
are all blatant lies as well.
Note that climate policies referred to above could also be embedded
in energy policies.
Mark Carney's involvment in fighting climate change
dates back to several years. His climate hypocrisy is in a similar vein
as Larry Fink. Both are the type of businessman who would urge competitors
to commit to climate-friendly investing so they can reap more profits from
investment in oil and coal.
If elected as PM I expect Carney the climate hypocrite to carry on
climate/energy policies under Trudeau. Deep water drilling offshore Newfoundland
for instance will be the Liberals' remarkable climate achievement. Low to zero-carbon
oil will eventually be produced from deep water oil fields (by late 2030?) according
to Steven Guilbeault so we can carry on with exploration and development of
new oil resources in ecologically fragile region on good conscience.

Even so, I didn't expect it to be that lopsided.
Having degrees, has no relationship with Politics. Bureaucrats and politicians are different. Carney with his degrees can be a advisor to politicians, which he already proved that he is of no use, while advising to our great Trudeau.
Do you think your Batch toppers are good speakers, can maintain diplomacy. Leading a country is way different. Carney even could not stop his company moving from Canada. Shows his poor leadership skills.
