Europe is Falling & Needs War with Russia – Martin Armstrong
Greg Hunter
Mar 01, 2025

Legendary financial and geopolitical cycle analyst Martin Armstrong is back with a new warning about war coming to Europe. You may have seen the heated exchange between President Trump and President Zelensky of Ukraine on Friday. If not, you
should. Some of the Trump highlights are: “President Zelensky is not ready for peace. . . (Zelensky is) gambling with WWIII, and You either make a deal or we are out.” It looks like Zelensky intentionally started a fight with Trump in the White House. It also looks like every country in Europe is backing more war in Ukraine. And now, there is renewed talk of an EU army. Armstrong says, “Why? Because they all are facing the collapse of the European Union. The debt is just unbelievable. They never consolidated. Between Covid, Climate Change and sanctions on Russia,
the German economy has shrunk . . . 3% to 5%. The economic growth (of the EU) is appalling. Europe is falling, and this is why they need war. So, they are backing Zelensky.”

In a new report released yesterday, Armstrong lays out the case why war in Europe is coming and coming soon. Armstrong points out, “In this report, I gathered a bunch of headlines: London Financial Times, what’s the headline? ‘America is Now the Enemy of the West.’ This is why Trump is saying ‘We are out.’ Zelensky has admitted that 58% of the $350 billion the US gave him is missing. You cut the funding, and you are going to find out the truth. Trump should cut every single penny. Bring it all out. Zelensky is counting on Europe to replace the United States. This is why he’s so arrogant. . . . Trump should get the hell out of NATO–ASAP.”

So, why are all these reports coming out in the last few months about gold coming to America from Europe? Armstrong says, “Last week, I was on the
phone, and I can’t tell you how much, but when you are about to go into war, capital moves. . . . Right now, I am concerned from about May 15th on. . . . Our computer (Socrates) says Europe is going into war, and I put it into this report, Europe will lose. . . . This is why the gold is coming to America.”

Armstrong also contends you can forget about predictions of the US dollar collapsing anytime soon—it won’t. Armstrong says, “The Euro will become extinct.”

Armstrong also predicts, “I published what the computer “Socrates” put out on Ukraine. It’s a flatline, and I have never seen that on any other country. It’s a flatline. It’s going dead. That’s it.”

Did the election of President Trump stop a thermonuclear exchange with Russia? Armstrong says, “Absolutely! You had Dick Cheney endorsing Kamala. . . . Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger were on the J6 Committee. Both of them are Neocons. Adam Kinzinger said ‘We could defeat Russia in three days.’ They put out nothing but propaganda all the time.”

There is much more in the 70-minute in-depth interview.

Join Greg Hunter of USAWatchdog.com as he goes One-on-One with Martin Armstrong as he gives his analysis on war coming to the EU, which ties into Armstrong’s new report called “The Neocon Coup of Europe – Why Zelensky does not want Peace,” for 3.1.25.

Tucker is the guy who visited Moscow and did a whole segment on how amazing Russian shopping buggies are, right?

No way he's payrolled by Putin..... 😹 😹 😹 😹
The ongoing notion that Trump or Tucker or Gabbard are somehow in bed with Russia is the dumbest and funniest propaganda pushed by Democrats.

It's along the lines of Trump purposely setting himself up to get shot in the face so he can survive, pump his fist, and come out as a hero. It was all deliberately orchestrated that way.

There was no deal negotiated prior.
This was an opportunity to negotiate the deal.
Zelensky was open to signing it provided Ukraine's demands were being met.
That was mentioned even before the WH meeting.
News article before the meeting:
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet US President Donald Trump in Washington on Friday to sign an agreement on sharing his country's mineral resources, Trump has said.
Zelensky has described the bilateral deal as preliminary, and said he wants further agreements which include US security guarantees to deter renewed Russian aggression.
But Zelensky said without security guarantees "we won't have a ceasefire, nothing will work, nothing".
"I want to find a Nato path or something similar," he said.
The deal he was supposed to sign did not have security guarantees. It was ready to sign. That was the point of his whole trip. Not to negotiate.
He may have mentioned he was looking for guarantees prior, but the fact it was not part of the deal means he tried to negotiate rather than sign what he committed to. Perhaps it would be a subsequent agreement after they would have discussed it, but not part of the one he was supposed to sign.

This was leading up to the WH meeting:

The deal does not, however, include security guarantees. One official said that this would be something the two presidents would discuss when they meet.

Right from your post.
That is what a deal signing entails.
Zelensky isn't going to come here, quietly sign away his mineral resources and leave.
He didn't say that, and even the official you are quoting didn't say that.
This is what Zelensky attempted and was browbeaten by Trump and Vance.

Lol...Zelensky is in no position to make demands...he didn't sign the deal...went to Europe and when he found out he's getting a fraction of what US can give...all of a sudden he wants to make the deal...the only bargaining chip he has left is the rare earth minerals...

Discussing it was something they were going to do but it wasn't included in the agreement.

Did you read the sentence at all or just skip to the 2nd part?

That's like you and I agreeing on you buying my car and you coming to sign the transfer papers and mentioning that you want to talk about extended warranty (after the deal was made for buying it). Doesn't mean it was part of you agreeing to buy it. It was a potential secondary deal. Otherwise I wouldn't have agreed to it in the first place.

Yes, he was banking on 80 years of American foreign policy tradition to stand up for the free and civilized world.
Turns out the Nazis are once more in collusion with the Russians just like in 1939 before the invasion of Poland.

That is because there was no deal.
None.
Trump called it a mineral deal and the official said the leaders may want to discuss security guarantees.
If Trump had any experience at all in foreign policy he would have anticipated that it would come up.
To expect Zelensky would fly half way across the world to sign away his natural resources, not speak about security guarantees and quietly go back, is idiocy of the highest order.

To assume the US would agree with security guarantees which would provoke Russia into WW3 is idiocy of the highest order.
It was called a mineral deal, because that's what it was.

Otherwise it would have been called a US Security Guarantee deal.

At this point Zelensky is expected to fly across the ocean again to sign
the deal. It is reasonable to expect Z to speak about security guarantee
again since he will have to sign the deal without security guarantee anyway.

This is why the democrats lost...they gave away billions with no account for where it goes...He got 175B and nothing to show for it but deaths and destruction for Ukraine...and he wants more...Zelensky banned any media that criticized his gov't...kinda like what Nazi's did...Did Trump did that? LoL

When people start talking about America standing up for "democracy", "freedom", and "rights" overseas, you know they've been successfully duped by politicians who have used the same old tired rhetoric for decades.

Its not about democracy and freedom.
It is about America not aligning itself with the likes of Russia which has been the foreign policy standard for 80 years based on which all western relationships have been cemented.

Nothing to show for it?
Biden trickled aid to Ukraine just enough for them to hold the line against Russia.
Zelensky is not even asking for more.
He is asking for security guarantees so the invasion does not happen again. (Security guarantees are not assurances, but military consequences for Russia if they tried this again).

How is Trump talking about ending the war aligning with Russia? This war has cost US a huge amount....teumls mandate is to fix the economy and close the border... giving Ukraine another hundred billion with no guarantee of ending the war would be catastrophic...that's not what America wanted.

I hope even you can see that ending the war on Russia's terms by giving them the land they took, and attempting to not plunder Ukraine in return for no security guarantees thereby leaving open the possibility that this could happen again is aligning with Russia.

This sort of framework agreement cannot be operationalized without security guarantees.
But then again Trump is looking for optics and doesn't care about how it actually transpires.
