No because it doesn't say anything about the paper to sign. Zenlensky does not say it but I am sure he was framed. He won't give a trillion dollar worth of resources to the US for the 129 billions given to Ukraine to help fight an invader.
If it's Canada that was attached by Russia we would see things differently.
Zelensky knew the conditions and demands Trump had set beforehand.
So if he knew all that, then why did he fly all the way over to America just to say no to the deal??
Also, I just watched the entire debate this morning and Zelensky comes across as very abrasive.

Did you watch his Fox interview right after, was he also abrasive when asked to answer the questions? Bret Baier conducted a fair interview with the Ukrainian leader. Was he abrasive, in your opinion? You can tell Baier felt bad for Zelensky having been to Ukraine and having seen first hand what Putin has done, UNLIKE JD Rubble Vance.
