But it is misinformation in service of the true, holy goal of debt reduction.
Therefore it is permissible to lie, cheat, and steal in service of the greater good.

I'm not pretending there is no waste. That came from the recesses of your mind, not my words.
In fact, I've outlined other approaches done back in the 90s that phased out 400,000 us government workers in the 1990s. I'm in favor of going after it. But it's how you do it.
The USA has essentially the same number of government employees now as it had since the 80s. Yet the population is up 50% since then.

As Wyatt pointed out in the other thread, doing it properly, legally, and with accountability is too slow.
It also prevents you from wrecking the Constitutional order and executing a greater power grab.
So that's obviously unacceptable as a method.
