Prove he's lying... they have created the list...including funds going to news outlets... which one is he "picking" as I see some programs not waste and some are useless...
be honest...you're against this because you hate Donald Trump...it's understandable...
Let Musk prove what he's doing. It's HIS responsibility to justify with proof that he's doing what he says, not Valcazar or anyone else.

Keep tDSing.

I've been hearing about it for a few decades. Some commentators and politicians have been speaking out about the lack of transparency and accountability.

Perhaps you just haven't heard about it.

This argument you make here doesn't change the need for reform.
Maybe not, but you're implying that YOU had heard of it. Why did you not previously express outrage until trump told you to, even if indirectly through Musk. That is tDS at work. Cult mentality. Only do what and when our leader tells us to. We cannot think on our own.

If you have previously posted about this in the past "few decades", I'd love to see them and make a public apology. Otherwise, you cannot refute my above words.

No, fuck all the people who have been backing genocide. AIPAC and all the dems who supported the genocide against the wishes of their own party. Fuck them.
Thank you for your "frank" reply. It was oh so very predictable. Very accusatory instead of admitting that voting against Harris as a punishment, is what you advocated. You got what you wished for.

The 'never again' that I support means no genocide against anyone ever again.
The 'never again' that you support is the Kahanist, whatever it takes to make sure it doesn't happen to Jews only.

Which leaves you as defending genocide because your racial supremacy and hatred makes you think the rest of the world is just as hate filled as you and wants to do in the Jewish people.

Only someone pretty evil thinks this is ok.

So why do you trust and support him when you know that he doesn't make decisions based on what is good for Americans?

It is irrational. But it is yet another example of tDSers saying I don't like this about him and I don't like that but I never criticize anything he does. I always defend his decisions. Your words are merely platitudes to ward off criticisms of non-trumpers but they do not represent who you are. You are fooling no-one but yourselves.

This is a clear case of actions talk louder than words. Your actions of totally supporting everything he does totally neutralizes your empty words of pointing out his flaws. It makes your words bullshit and meaningless and verifies that you are tDS cultists. It is undeniable.

Start thinking for yourselves instead of marching in lockstep to the perfect leader's edicts and begin to match up your supposed criticisms with actions because you are not doing that now. It is hypocritical to point out his flaws and then defend everything he does and says.
shack, I don't appreciate you cherry picking my words. Politicians of all stripes are egotistical and into creating a legacy. If they weren't driven by some personal motivation, they wouldn't be where they are and able to achieve anything.

When I listen to Trudeau, I see these ego-driven characteristics. Unfortunately for Trudeau, things did not work out for him.

Rand Paul has been on this in the past but it never got the traction that it's getting now.

Are you okay? We don't cover every topic in politics and government. Why would anyone think that. Is that really how you come at this on social media?

Please realize you're on a sex forum proclaiming somehow you know or should know what everyone's political thoughts have been on every topic the last decade. If I posted something, that's always fair game. However to imply that you know something about me because of the absence of posts is extreme arrogance on your part.

You might be spilling your guts out here, but the only other one who comes close to dumping their whole political heart and soul on every single topic in the universe is probably Frank. We all know how that worked out.

Exactly. And of course his father Ron Paul has been outspoken on the topic of funneling money overseas with no direct benefit to the local people.

I wouldn't blame the Democrats alone. The Republican have been enablers of the current system.

There has been an obsession with USAID on the fringes for a while.
Depending on where they hang out, some of these people may have actually been obsessing over it for a while.
Is this really being honest?

American foreign aid has been an issue for many years. Of course, it's discussed in Republican circles but people who identify as Democrats have concerns.

I'm sure there are...we're just getting different results lately...why is that?
isn't it nice to see some transparency for a change on where the funds are heading? or it shouldn't be highlighted?
There are different types of audits. Government auditors might look at an expenditure to see that the proper sign-offs are there and it is not going directly to anyone inside the agency. They likely will avoid getting in the middle of political decisions.

The Musk audit is actually looking at the ultimate recipients and the merit of the recipients' efforts and goals. This is actually political, but that is the nature of evaluating government expenditures.

Every administration has their ''special interest'' groups that they take care of....I'm sure that there is a huge kickback coming in at re-election time.

The leftists better strap in here cause it's obvious that Trump and Elon are going to unleash their full fury at them.

Democrats need a voice ...I'm not sure who that would be however...Not Chuck Schumer that's for sure, lol.

Dems were caught flat footed here ...I don't know what they expected though.

I followed up by asking if you were asserting that instead, the President/Executive should have a line-item veto, since the implication here was that going back and asking Congress to do that would be ridiculous since this power belonged to the Executive Branch.

Are you asserting that or not?
Please can you just ask a direct question. You jumped into a thread that you were not involved with and I think you are trying to ask a leading question.

Now playing it back, I was responding to Shaquille's questions below in a tongue and cheek manner.

What are these programs he has cut? Is there a list?
How do you know they are frivolous?
What justifications and evidence has he provided you, that has convinced you that these are frivolous?
Of course, not every Administration decision is going to be run by every citizen. Thus, I sarcastically said "Should we have another national vote on each item? A line item referendum on the $7 trillion dollar Federal budget."

shack is center left. Don't you know he told us so.

We're also suffering Trump Devotee Syndrome or something to that effect because we're questioning U.S. expenditures abroad. And hey he's on to us. We never thought about this until Musk raised this issue.

shack, I don't appreciate you cherry picking my words. Politicians of all stripes are egotistical and into creating a legacy.
Sorry if the questions are too tough for you. Maybe you should pick your words more carefully. But by being Devotees, you are putting yourselves in the position of having to defend your positions. If you'd stop defending him every time someone critiques him, you wouldn't have to worry about being cherry picked. But you guys can never let any criticism of him go by without making excuses and this is what I am asking about. Especially because some of your defenses are ridiculously weak and make you look like trump simps. You guys continue to show that my list of tDS symptoms is 100% accurate, You prove it over and over and over.

All politicians my have similar characteristics, but only one has a cult. And if you know that he doesn't care about the people, why do you believe in him so much? As I said, it is irrational. What makes people like you subservient to him. One can't deny that. You all display that to the hilt.

Why do you worship him?
