The issue is that in any sport where increased strength/size/muscle mass becomes an advantage, trans athletes should not be permitted to participate.

If we are talking about something like chess, I'd let a trans athlete participate. (Even then, physical endurance comes into play.)

I also support this on a case by case basis depending on the trans woman (the individual), their level of transition (physical metrics) and the kind of sport.

The trans prisoner EO was blocked by a federal judge.
There are lawsuits and there will be more.
You are also trying to hijack the moderate dem vote and attribute MAGA policy to them.
But this isn't the case.
This is a civil rights issue and it will eventually end up in favour of trans individuals as it has with every other minority group in the past.
Its inevitable despite what MAGA media feeds you.

My understanding is that acceptance is mandated by the College of Psychologists in Ontario.

This is a social contagion...Without the internet this isn't even an issue.

I don't think the Courts will decide that there are civil rights being violated. Perhaps they will find some technical approach to invalidating the EO.

I don't necessarily think your labels hold well for Rogan, Trump and some of the liberal media. Kamala's from California so maybe that one is deserved. Part of the challenge is our traditional views of party politics makes it difficult to put people and issues neatly in a box today.

What traditional media preaches:

Rogan is alt-right, Trump is fascist, Kamala is center-left, and CNN is the most trusted name in news.

It's a problem for the young women who come up against transgender women and have to compete against them.

Your point about numbers has no depth of meaning. The "tiny minority" of transgender women and those who are considering transitioning will just have to accept they cannot compete in organized women's sports.
