Israelis get free universal health care that americans pay for.

The Americans have been supporting Israel since long before you existed
and every 4 years they get to vote for change in policy
and the question of support has never been a hot button issue in an election.
Americans know and accept they support Israel
and then along comes 9/11

Trump does not want to be entangled in overseas messes, it dos not look like he would abandon Israel , then again he is unpredictable
You can usually tell which things he actually wants himself and aren't just random things someone said to him and he is just parroting by whether or not he keeps coming back to them.
