Hamas has proven for years that they can't govern, they're a terrorist Islamic state. They received billions and all they do is spend money to buy cement for tunnels and weapons. They don't give a shit of Palestinian citizens they only want a Taliban or Isis state. They use civilians as human shields. And Muslims around the world support them. Sickening.
The ones in the West Bank are also thieves, they pocket millions in aid. The daughter of Arafat is sitting on 2-3 billion dollars.
You forgot about the 50m used to buy condoms for bombs

Hamas' motivations are 1) Destroying Israel, and 2) living in luxury. Even in interviews with Western sources, Hamas has been clear that they see the people of Gaza simply as a tool.

And yes, they have conducted numerous lynchings of 'collaborators' since the ceasefire went into affect.
Even one of the big bosses that hides in Qatar, said that sacrifices were needed, talking about the civilians.

Hamas officials admit its strategy is to use Palestinian civilians as human shields

An interviewer recently posed a logical question to Mousa Abu Marzouk, a senior member of the Hamas politburo: “Since you have built 500 kilometers of tunnels, why haven’t you built bomb shelters where civilians can hide during bombardments?”

Abu Marzouk said the tunnels are “meant to protect us” from Israeli aircraft and facilitate attacks on Israeli targets.

“Us” meaning Hamas. Not civilians.

Hamas chooses not to build bomb shelters in Gaza because that would undercut its ability to use the population as human shields.

By putting civilians in or above its military positions, Hamas knows it cannot lose.

Either it will prevent Israel from attacking, since the Israeli military tries to minimize harm to civilians, or if Israel does attack, the use of human shields will ensure high civilian casualties.

Hamas can then hold the death toll against Israel while generating sympathy for itself.

Hamas uses its hundreds of miles of tunnels for military purposes: to transport weapons and ammunition, store supplies and train its members without exposing them to enemy surveillance and fire.

Hamas leader shows why no cease-fire is possible if Israel is to survive
Equally important, the tunnels are a convenient way for Hamas to hide its military assets underneath civilian infrastructure. That is a textbook use of human shields, which international law prohibits.

Reliant on civilians to protect it from Israeli counterattacks, Hamas cannot afford to let Gaza’s civilian population seek refuge from clashes with the Israel Defense Forces.

Accordingly, Hamas leadership ordered civilians in northern Gaza to defy the IDF’s advice to “evacuate south for your own safety” in advance of Israel’s ground invasion.

Eyad al-Bozom, a spokesman for Hamas’ interior ministry, encouraged Gaza’s residents to “stay put in your homes and your places.”

To its credit, the Biden administration has called out Hamas for employing a strategy whose essence is the commission of war crimes against the same people Hamas supposedly represents.

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby explained on CNN, “Hamas actually gave a counterorder telling Palestinians in Gaza to stay at home. Why? Because having human shields, they think, protects them.”

Hamas’ use of human shields is not new. Hamas has come close to confessing its exploitation of civilians before.

During an organized 2016 uprising at the Gaza border, Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar admitted the group “decided to turn that which is most dear to us — the bodies of our women and children — into a dam blocking the collapse in Arab reality.”

After acknowledging Hamas builds tunnels to protect fighters but not civilians, Abu Marzouk ventured that it is the job of the United Nations, not Hamas, to protect civilians.

It might have been hard to say that with a straight face, since Hamas also has a long record of turning UN facilities into part of its wall of human shields.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), whose mission is to provide relief for Palestinians, has repeatedly found stores of Hamas rockets hidden in tunnels beneath its schools.

In 2018, Congress passed the Sanctioning the Use of Civilians as Defenseless Shields Act, which has lain dormant since becoming law.

The Shields Act, which specifically calls out Hamas, requires the president to impose sanctions on individuals determined to be using human shields, but neither Biden nor his predecessor designated any Hamas leaders. Now would be a good time to start.

Doing so is unlikely to change Hamas’ behavior, but it would send an important message both to Americans and leaders in other democratic nations.

It is not Israel but Hamas that bears moral responsibility for the death of civilians in this war.

Hamas seeks to win by generating enough pressure on Israel from its allies to force an end to Israel’s military operations. Washington should make clear it will never fall for this ruse; nor should anyone else.

Where did they admit that, You know full well once the IDF knew where the shelter was they would bomb it and use it to access the Hamas tunnels. THe hostages were in the tunnels how many died? Everyone knows using babies as shields against ISrael does not work, they would double tap that baby and swell with pride.

Well at least you admit Israel is deliberately murderering babies, which you seem quiet happy with. Its unfathomable to me that someone would be so flippent about the mass murder of babies. That type of evil is disturbing. There you have it. Leimonis fully in support of the murder of babies and children by Israel. 👍👌🤮

Hey, you got Conil out to post.

I seem to recall hearing similar language about another group that suffered through a genocide in the 30's. This must mean that you have a similar, Kahanist philosophy as shack, as he talks about Palestinians the same way. Using code words, 'arabs', 'hamas', 'terrorist' and the claiming they are out for genocide and taking their money.

Every accusation is a confession works because zionists assume every other person is as filled with hate as they are.

You have no offer of peace, even after the genocide you are still demonizing and justifying more genocide.
You really need to find a way for Israelis to live with Palestinians, they are the majority in Israel right now.

Thats no different then most wars. In almost every war the number of civilians casualties outnumber the military losses. The only exception of a significant war where this has not happened is the war in Urkaine. Its Israel that is doing the murdering, starving and killing. MORON. Stop pretending its like. "oh dear, we dropped 4 2000lb bombs and did not notice the sea of tents there" lol. You are soooo full of shit. Israel tells them where to go, then they MURDER THEM IN COLD BLOOD.

Yet Israel funded Hamas. Are you really incapable of seeing they have no interest in peace? BTW the US put Al Queda in charge of Syria now. What are they up to? Will Al Queda suddenly become Jew Friendly? 🤣👌

But never in other wars are civilians used as human shields by their own military under government orders, the way they were used by hamas in Gaza.

As well, in almost every war the casualties are much greater on the losing side. So the argument of disproportionality is totally moot. It's a given that it happens. And if the disproportionality is greater here, it is only because hamas dragged it out much longer than it needed to since there was no way that they could win except in terms of the PR war. That is clearly another way that hamas sacrificed their own people. Most wars end when one side surrenders so as to spare civilian lives. That clearly did not happen here.

Using human shields and needlessly prolonging the war was the reason for the number of civilian casualties. Those had nothing to do with Israel and everything to do with hamas' strategy.

BTW, being woefully ignorant of spelling and grammar is a good way to assess the intellect of whom you are debating. And that's especially telling when this site automatically spell checks for you. But that goes more toward laziness than ignorance, so I'll grant you that.

Ahhn spelling, people always point it out when the are making a weak argument

How is that, the civies were being told where to go by the IDF not by Hamas. So that is complete nonsense. All Hams said was they can't really do much for the civvies and that is the sacrifice. And yes no one is an idiot, there is a political cost for killing babies and children. Not everyone is a Zionist babykiller. When you are fighting an existential war those are the realities

You really need to find a way for Israelis to live with Palestinians, they are the majority in Israel right now.

Your posts just get stupider and stupider.

Hamas has made clear their goals. For example interviews with the NYT where they stated that the suffering of Palestinians isn't as important as their war against Israel. I know you don't care what Arabs say but Hamas has made their stance clear.

And you are fucking insane with you blaming me for not making a peace offer; I don't have a say. That said, there have been many peace offers for a two State peace going back to 1937 but you have argued against every single one of them including the Arab League Initiative and have repeatedly told us that the Palestinians shouldn't be included in any negotiation. You have argued against negotiations and have repeatedly argued against peace deals, simply out of your racist desire to see Israel and the Jewish presence wiped out.

Every time you try to demonize zionism, you are clearly saying you disagree with Jews being there and every time you make excuses for Hamas, you show you support violence as the way forward. It's just like your insane support for Biden/Harris losing, just like your endless justifications for Hamas starting the recent war being simply a way to make you feel better about yourself without caring what the actual result is for Palestinians.
