They're a POS Qatari media source, you know they're bad when even the Palestinians don't want them around.
Yet some would lead us to believe that they are a legitimate, credible and unbiased news source.

They're not leading me LOL . I don't trust a word they say, I'll never forget 6500 foreign workers died building their soccer stadium.

You mean like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, NYT or WaPo?

They are all vastly superior to the Jizzers. So the answer is no, not like those. None of those are state run, meaning that they are all independent of government interference.

Independent of their own government, perhaps. Independent of a foreign government? I'm not so sure.

Seeing as Qatar owns and, I imagine, funds them, independent of the former seems less likely than that of the latter.

Regardless, the uncertainty you express in your post seems to say they are most likely being influenced by somebody. There are lots of potential influencers.

As such, I'd say that my point stands, which is that they are not an unbiased factual reporting entity. They are not credible, as some would have us believe.

Islamaphobic brainwashing courtesy of Ziontology.

As recently as 2022 and 2023, Al Jazeera won the Peabody Award for excellence in electronic media. Educated people have no problem with Al Jazeera. It’s available in Canada.

I'm sure you would prefer Al Jazeera have someone like Raffi Berg in place but getting the PA to ban then will have to do.
Do you think having Berg block stories makes BBC independent?

How about Haaretz?
They face Isareli military screening but still post stories like this.
