We've been over this already...Bullets only fragment when they impact something. Since they didn't hit anything before Trump there were no fragments that hit him.
Most people could logically follow that.

There are several solid objects near the platform that Trump was preaching to his audience.
If that full bullet had impacted his ear, it could have caused a far more serious injury than just a grazing of his ear according to what we noticed in that video.
But why is Trump not transparent in disclosing his health record of that injury, or even prevented the hospital staff for disclosing it?
Once again...There were no fragments in this case because the bullet didn't hit anything until it nicked Trumps ear.
