Get a separate account. Start by complaining about how much she spends on hair, make up, clothes, whatever else. Not big but in a nagging way. Get her to the pissy point over time. There's TextMe and TextNow. Just need an email to sign up which you can create a new one through Gmail, Proton, etc. The phone number they let you pick through a list. If you're gonna uninstall the app and stuff just try and remember the email and pass. You also at times might get texts or calls from people who used the same number that you got which is rare. Like a collections calling or someone wanting something. I just ignore it or have replied back saying this is a new number not the person you are looking for. I hardly use the apps.
there is also talkatone and fongo which worked the same way when I used to use them
