One thing I have mentioned in similar threads, google maps by default will track with history everywhere you go even if you are not actively using it. One time I went through one of the advanced settings in maps and discovered it had tracked all my massage parlour visits even though I didnt even have the app open when I was driving.

Haha, I found the same thing. Google Maps was actually proactively showing parlours and hotels that I'd visited but had never put in the app as a navigation destination.
Took me a little while to go back through history to erase all those locations while leaving the rest. Was a bit of fun going down memory lane though!
From then on I have been diligent about either turning off location services before going out for a romp or erasing the history later that day.

Where do you see that Google maps has tracked you? Looking on the app on my phone I can’t see anything like that.

Sign into your Gmail/Google profile. Click the 9 squares at top right corner. Go to Data & Privacy. Go to Things you have done and places you have been. Choose Timeline.

I cant help you from there because I already had the tracking off so I don't know what comes next but I believe it is simply turning off history. There may be a delete history option too, make sure to click that if there is.

Another tip I just remembered...... If you have an iPhone and delete your texts with SPs, you might not be aware that it isn't completely gone. I only recently discovered that it goes to a Recently Deleted folder and can be easily recovered.
On your list of text messages, click Edit at top left. There is an option for Show Recently Deleted. That will show you all the people you have recently deleted text message exchanges with. As you will see, checking the contact allows you to recover the deleted chat. So make sure that when you delete your text exchange, also remove it from the recently deleted folder!

Ahh. I never sign in, that’s why I can’t see that.

I had searched Maps for an address in one part of town and zoomed out a bit to view a larger area and noticed a spa showing up as a suggested location. To make it even more startling this was in the car using Android auto. Thank the maker I was alone! I then noticed another spa, and a hotel, and another spa, etc. etc. as I drove around town.

As @Roger Sterling suggested, I had to find my timeline and was able to edit it to delete the relevant stops.

Now I may use location services to get in a rough area or even drive right by my stop to somewhere like a gas station, then turn it off before backtracking to the next sexy encounter, and going back to the gas station to re-enable afterwards. That leaves no gaps in the timeline map unless one dives into the details.

Generally agree with most of the advice on here. My first "release" was in the form of Ashley Madison years a ago and most of the preparation, safety and financial tips apply there as well. One trick I still use to avoid conspicuous bank withdrawals is to hoard cash that comes your way. Suspicious minds are looking for odd withdrawals but won't remember that time you paid for a group dinner with your card and got repaid by everyone else in cash, or that thing you sold on FB marketplace or whatever for cash but never actually deposited. Just don't deposit the money.

Anyhoo, once I moved onto escorts I was older and not jonesing for sex quite as much so I've found that I can hold out for half a dozen or so visits a year, almost all of which happen while the wife is on a trip so that I don't have to worry about the cliche being discovered by chance meeting or lipstick on the collar, etc. I'm quite disciplined about this so it's hardly taken over my life but us more an occasional bonus.
