I am condemning what Hamas did and the present response from Netanyahu's military force. Two wrongs do not make a right or is a justification for the butchering of women, children, lifelong injuries, trauma and total infrastructure destructions.
name a modern urban conflict in an urban area in which the casualties among civilians were not as bad as in gaza.

nobody is taking farms, homes and vineyards...stop watching propaganda movies.
I am not that optimistic about it. I think settlement situation is very fucked up and I only wish the fences there were as nice and tall as between gaza and egypt because good fences make good neighbours. Or at least some fences would be good because there is none.

You Zionazis can blather along all day, the fact is the IJC has made factual findings based on law, secondly the ICC has issued arrest warrants inspite of actual threats of violent retaliation by US govt figures and massive political interference and lobbying.

You mean fences to keep out illegal Israeli settlers.
Otherwise you wouldn't need any fences.

name a modern urban conflict in an urban area in which the casualties among civilians were not as bad as in gaza.
These are the real reasons behind the ICC ruling:

The Substantive Charges Against Netanyahu and Gallant

The public announcement of the warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant did not distinguish between the two officials. The PTC found reasonable grounds to believe the following:

  • War crime of using starvation as a method of warfare: Netanyahu and Gallant “intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in Gaza of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water, and medicine and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity, from at least 8 October 2023 to 20 May 2024.” Moreover, “no clear military need or other justification under international humanitarian law could be identified for the restrictions placed on access for humanitarian relief operations,” especially considering “the prolonged period of deprivation and Mr Netanyahu’s statement connecting the halt in the essential goods and humanitarian aid with the goals of war.”
  • Crime against humanity of murder: “[T]he lack of food, water, electricity and fuel, and specific medical supplies, created conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of part of the civilian population in Gaza, which resulted in the death of civilians, including children due to malnutrition and dehydration.” Nonetheless, the chamber stopped short of finding based on the available evidence that all required elements of the crime against humanity of extermination were also met.
  • Crime against humanity of inhumane acts: y intentionally limiting or preventing medical supplies and medicine from getting into Gaza, in particular anaesthetics and anaesthesia machines, the two individuals are also responsible for inflicting great suffering by means of inhumane acts on persons in need of treatment. Doctors were forced to operate on wounded persons and carry out amputations, including on children, without anaesthetics, and/or were forced to use inadequate and unsafe means to sedate patients, causing these persons extreme pain and suffering.”
[*]Crime against humanity of persecution: “[T]he abovementioned conduct deprived a significant portion of the civilian population in Gaza of their fundamental rights, including the rights to life and health, and … the population was targeted based on political and/or national grounds.”
[*]War crime of intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population of Gaza: “[T]he material provided by the Prosecution only allowed [the PTC] to make findings on two incidents that qualified as attacks that were intentionally directed against civilians. … Mr Netanyahu and Mr Gallant, despite having measures available to them to prevent or repress the commission of crimes or ensure the submittal of the matter to the competent authorities, failed to do so.”

Like the Hamas warrants, the Israeli warrants involve ongoing conduct. The prosecutor can request warrants for additional suspects and on additional charges. Because the ICC does not conduct trial in absentia, there will not be further proceedings on the charges contained in these warrants unless and until the ICC obtains custody of a charged individual.

Listen I watched the documentaries that show the exact beatings and resulting deaths of Palestinians.
Yet you got zero evidence that the Israelis took over the land "Legally"!!
Can you post some evidence rather than just crawl out of a crevice with the above BS!!

It was not miquoted, and if you look at all the nonsense, beheaded babies, rape etc all nonsese. Who can rape someone in the middle of a battle, its eff absurd .And the key point is they have held NO commission of enquiry to establish the facts. What we DO know is the IDF raped prisoners, tortured many to death because it on VIDEO and the Israeli mob rescuing them from arrest, PLUS the rabbi saying its all ok to rape sub humans, is all well known FACT.
You're an expert on raping in the middle of a battle, huh Notty?

I should've guessed.

If you really think about it, the case for Israel is Mein Kampf and greater Israel is Lebensraum. Same concept. Incuding the entitelement due to racial superiority. (y)
Which would be true.... if Muslims didn't share co equal rights with Jews in Israel.

Sort of like Jews shared co equal rights with the pure blood Aryans in Hitler's Germany..... not.

Is that what hurt your feelings? That I jumped into your conversation?
I think you're upset about getting called out for peddling the two state solution even after Oct. 7.
Is that why your panties are in a knot?
Because you gaslight instead of explaining your position.

Awww....poor you....
Maybe because I wasn't the one who brought up a two state solution and Bver was. Then you jumped in.
btw how was kindergarten today?

How Israel have been illegally taking over the Palestinian homes, farms and vineyards is despicable. They have been beating up and violently throwing out the Palestinians who have resided there for centuries. I watched those documentaries and saw the Israeli Policeman just standing by and allowing these Israelis displace and have even killed The Palestinians when they refused to leave. Then those homes were razed to the ground and illegal settlements built. This is the sad part that probably lead to the manner in which Hamas then reacted!!
You can go back to 1948 all you want. Fact is, Hamas ignited what was already a tense situation and it backfired badly. Hezbollah then poured more gas on the fire.
Ask yourself...what did they think would happen?
I would have more understood if they simply took hostages and were looking for some kind of deal (even though I don't believe in negotiating with terrorists).
But to double down and outright start killing people? What does that do for any hope of negotiation?

Did they think that by murdering lots of innocent civilians at a concert and taking hostages, that Israel would just smile and give them a pass?
Did they think that Israel would not retaliate?
Did they bank on hiding among the Palestinian people to avoid being attacked?

It was reckless and stupid and I put the blame for Palestinian suffering at the feet of the Hamas terrorist organization.
