Netanyahu just does not want the wars to end. He keeps on escalating the conflict in Lebanon with the lates strike deep into the suburb of Beirut:

Israel bombards Beirut suburbs as fighting rages in southern Lebanon
At least five healthcare workers from the Islamic Health Organization are killed in Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon, Ministry of Public Health says.

Maybe if they freed the hostages it would end?

Netanyahu categorically stated that the war will not end until Hamas is wiped out.
The only ones seemingly to be "wiped out" are the women, children and the infrastructure!!
I knew you would say that.
Do you think the US would allow Israel to continue the war if Hamas freed the hostages?

Or do you prefer to believe what Hamas is telling you so they can keep screwing the Palestinian people?

Listen, Hamas agreed to release the hostages if Israel withdrew and stopped the conflict.
Would that not be an ideal solution to this never ending war that has resulted in over 43,000 women and children?
Israeli illegal settlements are screwing up the peaceful Palestinians and not Hamas.
If there was a two state solution and Israel stopped encroaching on Palestinian properties, including their farms etc, do you think that there would have been these constant conflicts between Israel and Palestine?

Sure, except the exact opposite
"Israel’s powerful military machine has carried out what has been described as an unspeakably brutal “massacre,” even a “genocide,” against innocent civilians trapped in the Gaza Strip, but data shows that the campaign to defeat Hamas in the densely populated Palestinian enclave is one of the most careful and surgical operations in recent human history.

The war has resulted in a lower ratio of civilian-to-combatant deaths than other high-profile urban battles this century, including some directly involving the U.S.

The Hamas-run Health Ministry in Gaza reported a death toll Thursday of 33,970, which would mean roughly 20,000 civilians have been killed in the war. Israel says it has killed about 13,000 Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

The civilian versus combatant death ratio is less than 2-to-1 in what analysts describe as one of the most difficult and complex urban warfare operations ever attempted. It’s also far less than the 2016-2017 battle of Mosul, a U.S.-backed operation to defeat Islamic State terrorists who controlled the Iraqi city. About 10,000 civilians and about 4,000 Islamic State militants were killed in that offensive, said John Spencer, chair of urban warfare studies at the Modern War Institute at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Even the United Nations, which has routinely lambasted Israel’s conduct in Gaza, has cited data showing that roughly 90% of all wartime casualties are civilians. By that measure, Israel’s offensive has been highly successful. Some observers stress that the actual number of civilian casualties is probably lower than what Hamas claims. The militants have a vested interest in publicly portraying Israel as a ruthless aggressor."

My note. Keep in mind that Israel has a tendency to announce their attacks and give evacuation orders and Hamas tells their people to ignore them and stay put to be killed
Also keep in mind that Hamas also tends to hide behind human shields and important infrastructure.
I'd say even a 2 to 1 ratio is bloody amazing when dealing with an opponent that is actively try to get their own people killed.

According to the Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at West Point’s Modern War Institute, John Spencer, “Israel has done more to prevent civilian casualties in war than any military in history,” he posted on LinkedIn. His studies reveal that the ratio of enemy belligerent deaths to civilian deaths in Gaza is on the order of 1 to 1.0-1.5. Others estimate that ratio to be on the order of 1 to 2. World famous historian Lord Andrew Roberts gave a compelling expose in the House of Lords to the same effect. In similar urban terrain in Mosul, Iraq, from 2016 to 2017, the ratio was 1 to 2.5. The United Nations estimates that the nominal ratio of belligerent casualties to civilian casualties in wars of all types is on the order of 1 to 9. While the effects of combat are not conclusive, regarding the implementation of law of armed conflict obligations, they are certainly relevant. It is hard to square the accusations of indifference to Palestinian civilians and indiscriminate warfare with these statistics.

"

The Israel Defense Forces conducted an operation at al-Shifa hospital in the Gaza Strip to root out Hamas terrorists recently, once again taking unique precautions as it entered the facility to protect the innocent; Israeli media reported that doctors accompanied the forces to help Palestinian patients if needed. They were also reported to be carrying food, water and medical supplies for the civilians inside.

None of this meant anything to Israel's critics, of course, who immediately pounced. The critics, as usual, didn't call out Hamas for using protected facilities like hospitals for its military activity. Nor did they mention the efforts of the IDF to minimize civilian casualties."

Israel gave warning, in some cases for weeks, for civilians to evacuate the major urban areas of northern Gaza before it launched its ground campaign in the fall. The IDF reported dropping over 7 million flyers, but it also deployed technologies never used anywhere in the world, as I witness firsthand on a recent trip to Gaza and southern Israel.
...
Israel has made over 70,000 direct phones calls, sent over 13 million text messages and left over 15 million pre-recorded voicemails to notify civilians that they should leave combat areas, where they should go, and what route they should take. They deployed drones with speakers and dropped giant speakers by parachute that began broadcasting for civilians to leave combat areas once they hit the ground. They announced and conducted daily pauses of all operations to allow any civilians left in combat areas to evacuate.

My Note:Short of shooting themselves in the face there isn't much more Israel can do to lower the body count of civilians.

But yeah yeah, Newsweek, Forbes, Washington post, all of them are a bunch of zionists much like according to Hans Frankfooter says, The Gaza Ministry of Health operating under Hamas are also zionists, as are the UN and WHO and the Hamas rivals on the west bank who also trust their numbers. I tells ya mean as Hans Frankfooter teaches us, the Jew is everywhere.

Also this will never end until Hamas is finished, and even then the Palestinians will just back another set of genocidal terrorists. But accepting their extermination from river to sea is not a reasonable request to make of Israel.
Also any cease fire or two state solution will be seen by Hamas and pals as just one more step to their river to sea goals, and would actually embolden them with their tactics, I mean if they worked once...

Your link is from April 2024. Since then the total identified casualties are over 44,000 civilian deaths, mainly women and children. There are several more not yet recovered bodies that we will never know until this war ends. Otherwise, why will the ICC issue the warrant for Netanyahu like they did for Hamas...... Both bad actors in this whole very sad conflict:

Middle East latest: ICC issues warrant for Israel's Netanyahu as Gaza death toll soars past 44,000
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defense minister and a Hamas leader

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants on Thursday for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defense minister and a Hamas military leader, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The announcement came as health officials in the Gaza Strip said the death toll from the 13-month-old warbetween Israel and Hamas has surpassed 44,000.

The warrant marked the first time that a sitting leader of a major Western ally has been accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity by a global court of justice. The ICC panel said there were reasonable grounds to believe that both Netanyahu and his ex-defense minister bear responsibility for the war crime of starvation and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution and other inhumane acts.

Israel’s war has caused heavy destruction across Gaza, decimated parts of the territory and driven almost the entire population of 2.3 million people from their homes, leaving most dependent on aid to survive.

Israel launched its war in Gaza after Hamas-led militants stormed into southern Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, killing some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and abducting another 250. Around 100 hostages are still inside Gaza, at least a third of whom are believed to be dead.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said Thursday that 44,056 Palestinians have been killed and 104,268 wounded since the start of the war, which was ignited by Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack into Israel. Palestinian militants killed some 1,200 people that day, mostly civilians, and abducted around 250 people.

The Health Ministry does not say how many of those killed in Gaza were fighters but says women and children make up more than half the fatalities.

Israel, which rarely comments on individual strikes, says it has killed over 17,000 militants, without providing evidence.

Hours after the ministry announced the latest toll, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defense minister and a Hamas military leader.

Also, did you see Ukraine barged into Russia and brutally killed thousands of people and taking some hundreds as hostages ?
So what, the people were evacuated by both sides, YOu can't fight a war without clearing villages. It very rare that there are civvies in the war footage, and as i said, I have not seen scores of dead children and women like you see in gaza.

So Russians destroying towns and killing civilians as part of their invasion of Ukraine is okay but Israel destroying towns and killing civilians in response to the Hamas invasion is evil?

p.s. Any comment on the ICC warrant for Putin?

T.O.
...So lets look at what happened. Putin evacuated children out of the war zone so they would not get blown to pieces - charged with Ethnic cleansing by ICC BTW the IJC has dismissed allegations of genocide against Russia by Ukraine. Also civvy to Military casulaties ratio in Ukraine are extremely low compared to history, unprecedented. Yes some children have died women famalies. But Putin and the Russians have conducted this war with very low civilian casulties. Where are the videos of children blown to pieces that we see in Gaza? The Ukrainians all have phones, they have starlink they would be posting if these pix existed. Ukranian is STILL a protected language in Crimea TODAY. So look at how quickly the ICC charged Putin with no evidence while look at how long it took to charge Bibi with horror porn, videos of war crime confessions on tik tok and thousands of pics and vids of broken liittle bodies over the interrnet. If you can't tell the difference then you are as intelligent as I claimed in my last post.
Ok genius komrade, you should be leading the Russian armed forces and advising other armies as well on how to minimize casualties,
someone with your skills and wisdom WILL make a difference in future wars :ROFLMAO:

I didn't know poor Vladimir is such a rightous and benevolent leader! No doubt all he was thinking about was how to minimize civilian casualties
as he was hitting Ukrainian cities with Iranian suicide drones and missiles and now with ICBMs. We've already established your hypocrisy given
you're the same apologist who defended Assad and Russia while they were busy flattening Syrian cities and killing them with chemical weapons.

...So look at how quickly the ICC charged Putin with no evidence while look at how long it took to charge Bibi with horror porn, videos of war crime confessions on tik tok and thousands of pics and vids of broken liittle bodies over the interrnet. Still butthurt over the ICC charging Putin? :ROFLMAO:
who cares how long it takes the ICC to charge anyone, it's as useless as the UN itself, still waiting for it to charge Xi over the Uyghur genocide
or the Assad regime or the Myanmar generals.

THere is zero evidence of any NK troops fighting against Ukraine, show me.
Here's some links but you won't be able to see them until you pull your head out of Putin's ass.
