There is no evidence of any intent to destroy in whole or part of any identifiable group unless you mean Hamas, in which case by trying to destroy the confederate army, the Union army was guilty of genocide. By trying to destroy the German army and the Nazi party the allies were guilty of genocide.
That is not what any normal person means by genocide.
Exterminating the Jews from RIver to Sea does fit that description.
