There is no "right of return" for people who's ancestors lived somewhere. I could apply to immigrate to Ireland but the fact by great-greats fled during the famine doesn't give me any rights. There are also 5 million Israeli Jews who were chased out of their Arab homes or the parents/grandparents were. The only difference is that Israel went through great hardship to integrate those Jewish refugees while Arab leaders left the Palestinians as pawn, reliant on western aid.
And UN resolutions only apply in the context of a peace deal which Palestinian leaders keep rejecting the concept of.
Actual genocide. Theft of land that is still going on. Cultural genocide through residential schools. Systemic discrimination. Lower levels of funding and support.
Aren't those the things you claim to oppose? But you feel too elitist to consider yourself a colonial settler and there's no Jews to blame so you're happy to continue the genocide of the Indigenous.
So no Jewish person has a right to claim Palestine as a their own by your rules.

After the UN created a state of Israel, Israel has the same right as any country to establish immigration rules as anyone else. When the Palestinians ever negotiate a Two State peace, they can establish whatever immigration rules they want (and the rules they and Jordan have expressly bans Jews - you know, religious apartheid).
But that doesn't change the fact that descendants of refugees have no "right" to become citizens where their ancestors lived. in a peace deal, the actual refugees should be allowed to either become Israelis if they want (they overwhelmingly don't). Olmert's offer had that all included as well as compensation for those who don't want to become Israeli but you and Abbas reject any negotiation that involves Israel's continued existence.

2) The only resolution that says Israel should exist is partition, there is no reason why anything more than that should be negotiated. Taking any land would be a war crime like you arguing Putin gets to negotiate for which parts of Ukraine he gets to keep.
3) The uncomfortable facts are that Israel has been ordered to allow the 5 million Palestinians to return or to pay just restitution.
