Red Cross reports up to 90%. Check and mate, terrorist lover 😂

Data on civilian collateral damage in densely populated urban conflicts is limited and often varies depending on the conflict and reporting agency, but there are general findings from recent urban warfare studies and reports:

1. Civilian Casualty Ratios: In many modern urban conflicts, civilians make up a significant proportion of casualties. For instance, a report by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) indicated that civilians can account for up to 90% of casualties in heavily populated conflict zones. This is especially true in densely populated areas where distinguishing combatants from civilians is challenging.

2. Urban Conflict Studies: A 2017 study by Airwars found that in cities like Raqqa and Mosul during the fight against ISIS, civilian casualties reached high numbers—thousands of civilians were killed, and the majority of the city was damaged or destroyed. In densely populated areas, this destruction often affects civilian infrastructure (homes, hospitals, schools), contributing to high collateral damage rates.

3. Collateral Damage Rates in Airstrikes: Collateral damage varies with the type of warfare. Precision-guided munitions aim to reduce collateral damage but still cause significant casualties in dense urban areas. For example, data from conflicts like those in Gaza and Syria showed that even with advanced targeting, airstrikes frequently result in unintended civilian deaths and injuries.

4. Challenges in Reporting Accurate Data: Reporting on civilian casualties in urban areas is notoriously challenging due to limited access, unreliable data collection, and, at times, intentional misinformation. Independent monitoring groups like Airwars and UN agencies work to provide estimates, but exact numbers are often debated.

5. General Estimate Range: Though the rate of collateral damage varies by conflict, analysts often cite that, in modern urban warfare, civilian casualties may represent 50-90% of all casualties in densely populated areas, particularly when heavy weapons are used.

6. Infrastructure Impact: The destruction of essential civilian infrastructure (water, power, medical facilities) indirectly increases civilian harm by contributing to secondary effects such as disease and lack of medical care.

While there is no universally applicable percentage, these studies and reports suggest that in heavily populated urban warfare scenarios, the impact on civilians tends to be extremely high, both in direct casualties and in indirect harm due to damaged infrastructure.
You posted an article that says when you use explosive weapons in densely populated areas the civilian casualty rates become unacceptable.
Total own goal.

Produce better numbers from another urban conflict of similar nature. I’ll wait
The only urban conflict "of a similar nature" is say Guernica, Leningrad, Panama City and pretty much any city in Vietnam being flattened by B52's. Urban conflict suggests that the other has some way to fight back. Not a civilian population being bombed from air strikes.

In the Muslim world women are pretty much possessions of men.

The republican wants the same.

I wrote often that all religions are invention of men to oppress woman.

As Hank Williams Junior said. "it's a family traditon"
On December 12, 1957, at the age of 13, Myra Brown married Jerry Lee Lewis, then 22, in Hernando, Mississippi.[3][2] When Lewis arrived in London for a 37-date tour in May 1958, Brown revealed to a reporter at the airport that she was his wife.[4] Lewis asserted that Brown was 15 years old and was his wife of two months. However, it was discovered that she was only 13, and that they had been married for five months.[5] This caused an uproar and after a few dates the tour was cancelled.[4] By the time they returned to Memphis, it had been discovered that Brown was not only Lewis' wife, she was also his first cousin once removed.[6][7] In addition, Lewis had not yet divorced his previous wife, Jane Mitcham.[4] After Lewis finalized his divorce from Mitcham, he remarried Brown on June 4, 1958.[5] The scandal over their marriage was a significant set back to Lewis' promising rock and roll career,[8] though his 1986 naming to the first group of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members recognized Lewis' early influence on the genre. Lewis would also find success in country music.[9]

I hope you realize that it's only a problem for franky if Israel is involved....if it's Syria & ISIS, Iraq, Iran or Afghanistan, he doesn't care.

Because your freedom loving friends are the only ones on the planet stupid enough to be refugees for 70 years.
Dozens of countries lost territory during last century. All of them moved on with their life.
By your argument, Jews haven't moved on with their lives.
They're stealing land that they claim was theirs thousands of years ago, and your making a stink about people
who got booted out 70 years ago.
Different rules for Jews, is that what your saying?

But blowing people up is ok if they are Muslim for you?
Hamas is pretty keen on it, trying to do everything they can to set it up. Attack a country knowing they would respond resulting in operations that no matter how hard they try [and the IDF is going above and beyond which I've shown you with mainstream media reporting] would result in civilian dead. Tell their own people to ignore Israel warnings of attack, go from civilian to military uniforms, hiding behind critical infruscture, plus the whole begging to be attacked in a built up area by going on a frenzy of rape murder and hostage taking.

You have a lot of fucking balls talking like that you genocidal hate monger.

Jews have had a reasonably civilized life for the last 70 years.

Palestinians decided to be victims and eternal refugees on a UN dole, governed by terrorists who subjected them to death and destruction and did fuck all to defend them
