No he wouldn't have won. He's too far left for the independents. But you're correct the DNC did fuck him over in favor of Clinton. They didn't want an old white man at the top of the ticket.
The new coalition that put Trump over the top this time is Hispanics, Young men, more Black people, along with his base.

These were the people, who put Bernie almost over the top in the primaries both times. Add in the Trump haters, and I think he would have made it, especially with the pandemic on, in the general election.

Yes, I have. I don't really see the point in debating a wide reaching manifesto written by a conservative think tank. The media did a good job of trying to tie Trump to everything in Project 2025. Sometimes manipulating passages to produce a more contentious argument. I'm guessing you have read media accounts and not that actual document.

Liberal media's participation and bias in the Project 2025 debate is really not important anymore. Personally, I find it a lot more productive to simply discuss and debate actual legislation that is put forward. It's the practical reality as opposed to the theoretical.

By the way, I was merely discussing your use of the word felon. The felony was likely going to be tossed out, but it gave Democrats a great talking point. You certainly can have your negative feelings towards Trump.
Hitler began with a manifesto.

For me it's inconceivable that someone can think Trump is the guy. I care about civility. In a high school the boys are grabbing women by the crotch. Screaming 'Your body my choices'. Where do you think that comes from?

I my son's class 4 years ago when he was 12 the exact same happened.

Your top leader is a reflection on the whole society. Trump is a lying pig felon and that reflects on our kids and general population.

life is not just about the economy.

i dont really care. Trump is a hateful bully ego maniacal ass hole. A sexual offender also.

The simple idea that the gop wrote project 2025 is horrible. Have you read some of hit?
Ah yes, the Project 2025 conspiracy thing the Dems peddled as another futile attempt at swaying voters with fear mongering...how did that work out?

I wouldn't extrapolate so much (Hitler/manifesto) from someone's crass demeanor.

I tend to think you like to embellish things to make your point. I have not heard anything here in the U.S. to suggest boys' behavior has become more uncivil during Trump's tenure.

Shameless drama to gain publicity as the savior of American progressivism. I'm not sure the Trump Administration cares if California chooses its progressive way. California seems to be a good example for the rest of the country to reject this path.

No wonder that California contributes the most in terms of GDP than any other State in the USA.
Trump would be shitting his pants if California breaks away from The USA!!

Take a look at 1998 when California and Texas economies were the same size until around 2012. Look at their growth in GDP as compared to other States including a very Republican State of Texas where several freedoms are curtailed. The Right Wing media will just try to slam California as they hate how the economy as boomed in this century. That is why many Canadians go to work on contracts in that State as they always need well qualified individuals.
